ItÂs been two days and they still havenÂt processed my 25k eur withdrawal.
A brief introduction: IÂve been a VIP membe of 2UP for several months now and, to date, IÂve never had any problems. IÂve even made withdrawals of 15,000 euros, but theyÂve always been quick and hassle-free.
This time, however, for some reason I canÂt quite understand, following a win of 20k, I requested a withdrawal of 25k. The requested amount was deducted from my gaming account, and I carried on playing as normal, making further deposits and also two other small withdrawals, which were processed promptly.
However, when I saw that my withdrawal request had still not been processed, even though several hours had passed, I contacted the VIP manager and customer support, but both kept saying that they had passed the case on to the relevant team, without giving me any further explanation and without processing my withdrawal, despite my numerous reminders! WhatÂs more, as far as customer support is concerned, my case is closed!
Obviously, I still donÂt want to believe that 2up is scamming me, but just in case, IÂm posting my story as a warning to other players on BitcoinTalk, in the hope that IÂll soon be able to change my mind and close the case by confirming that my withdrawal has been processed.
