On September 1, 2026, I attempted three separate UPI deposits on 1win.com. All three payments were successfully debited from my Airtel Payments Bank account, but the transactions failed on the platform interface. I submitted initial appeals within 20 minutes of failure.
Two days later, only one deposit was credited. The other two deposits (totaling ₹700) remained uncredited.
I raised support ticket SPP-1578390 and submitted transaction screenshots, full PDF statements, and bank confirmation details. After making me wait over 90 hours, 1win support demanded an excessive KYC requirement: recording an external video with a secondary device showing me opening the banking app and navigating to both transactions. I complied and submitted the video. Immediately afterward, 1win support rejected the deposits and told me to contact my bank.
I followed up with Airtel Payments Bank support chat and formally escalated to the Airtel Payments Bank Grievance Officer Desk (Bank Ticket: 4788350421722-1). The bank provided written confirmation that both transfers were fully settled and delivered to 1win's payment processor beneficiary accounts. Because UPI transfers cannot be recalled or reversed after settlement, the funds remain held by 1winÂs processing partners while 1win refuses either to credit my balance or issue a refund.

Conclusion:
Airtel Payments Bank has officially verified that the funds were credited to the exact accounts associated with 1win's deposit gateway. Demanding extreme verification steps (multi-device video recording) only to reject settled deposits without investigation constitutes bad faith. I will update this thread if 1win rectifies the ticket and credits the missing balance.
