Scam Reports Earnbet.io Active 32 views View on BitcoinTalk
Im a little bit anxious so will try to be extremely descriptive.

I’m posting this because I need advice and want to document what happened with EarnBet.io.

I was depositing and losing funds, and after each loss I made another deposit. My deposits were approximately:

0.5 ETH
0.5 ETH
1 ETH
1.04 ETH
0.7 ETH
1 ETH
2.94 ETH
On my last session, after continuing to play, I accumulated a balance of almost 15 ETH.

All this was made on sportsbook, no bonuses, nothing, just 80% live betting.

When I tried to withdraw my funds, EarnBet.io accepted the first withdraw for 0.25 eth and then rejected the withdrawal of the rest , stating that I had violated their Terms and Conditions and therefore they could not process the withdrawal.

The issue is that I was able to deposit, play, and lose substantial amounts without any warning that I was allegedly violating their terms. The restriction was only raised when I attempted to withdraw after reaching a significant balance.

I have asked them to specify exactly which term I allegedly violated, what transaction/activity constituted the violation, and why my deposits and gameplay were accepted before the withdrawal request.

I have screenshots, transaction hashes, deposit records, withdrawal information, and the correspondence with their support.

I’m looking for advice from anyone familiar with EarnBet.io or similar situations. What should I do to formally dispute this and recover the funds?

The complaints against Earnbet are increasing day by day. And most of these complaints are related to the sportsbook of Earnbet. Where the most annoying part is that EarnBet support doesn't state the actual reason for taking such action. We have seen similar complaints against EarnBet a few days ago. I hope Earnbet team will give a detailed response here. You may take this complaint on ContestHunters if you don't get any response from them within the next few days.

Appreciate your answer, i submited a complaint to contest hunters too, if no solution until next weekend will do in askgamblers, casinoguru and couple others, and last option i will sue them to Curazao authorities, its too much money to let it be stolen.

Most annoying part is they just say " you should check our terms" and im pretty sure i NEVER break any term , lets see if they admin come here and say something

You've already raised to ContestHunters, that according to your post quoted, is considered as ADR-hopping as you createad multiple dispute resolution attempt in multiple platform.

I am rejecting the case on CH under basis of ADR-hopping and removing the complaint. I can foresee that the case will be rejected on CG too, as it involves sportsbetting and they don't mediate sportsbet. Now we can only sit and wait for the verdict made by AG.

I understand. I wasn’t trying to ADR-hop or create multiple disputes. I only posted on the forum and ContestHunters because I was looking for help after EarnBet rejected my withdrawal. If you can contact EarnBet directly about my case, I’d really appreciate it. My goal is simply to get an explanation and recover my funds, confirm me please if you can do that otherwise i will try other options.

What are the other options you have? If they refuse to pay your winnings or even to explain which terms did you broke, they will lose reputation without paying you anything. Usually those folks when they stop reply in a dispute for a large sum of money, they are confident about their position and know exactly what to do.

Note that there are no limits to withdraw or to deposit in daily basis. Did you complete kyc verification process? How much did you try to withdraw after successfully withdraw 0,25 eth?

The support agent didn't give you enough details except that you violated section 7 of the casino's Terms & Conditions. It's impossible to know what the accusation is just by reading that. They can refuse to process your withdrawal if they discover fraud. They can also void all your winnings if they classify you as a bonus abuser. The second part is self-explanatory but "fraud" in itself isn't.

This is from Section 7 of EarnBet's ToS:

Quote
EarnBet reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal claim in case of fraud, in which case an Account will be suspended and the payment not processed.

EarnBet will review all player Accounts and classify them at its discretion. Once a player is classified as a “bonus hunter” or “bonus abuser”, all winnings and bonuses will be void and the Account will be suspended and the payment not processed.

How much did you try to withdraw after successfully withdraw 0,25 eth?
After the 0.25 ETH withdrawal was processed, the player made two more attempts that failed and weren't sent. The first was of 14 ETH, the second of 1 ETH.

My last option is a legal process in curazao i guess

The amount is 35K usd right now so no way they steal my funds with " you break our terms" and 0 consecuences

I’m 10000% certain that I did not violate any rules or commit any fraud. I never did anything wrong, and I’m completely sure about that. I simply played normally, made my deposits, and accumulated my balance after some loses. I’m confident there is no legitimate reason for them to accuse me of fraud or refuse my withdrawal.

This is the part I hate about gambling!

And yet burden of proof should be on the person alleging the player is doing something wrong, hope Earnbet come through with an explanation of what went wrong if it's parting ways with the player... the least they can do is give back the deposited funds and not confiscate both deposit and winnings.

Anyway hope ContestHunters come through as they have some kind of affiliation via different  marketing campaigns.

I find this part odd. Why would you wd .25Eth then the next wd is 14 eth? Were all wd attempts on the same day after you had won? Just curious why you would wd a small amount then move to a large amount?

Does it mean that Earnbet want to be making money from players and doesn't want players to make any profit from them?
My curiosity falls on why they allowed the op to withdraw the first part of the profit he made before blocking the rest withdrawals?
Casino like this will always bring excuses on the table on why they refused players from withdrawing their money after the player had lost huge amounts to them. The claim that op had broken their terms should be clearly started not trying to avoid handling issues like this.

You mean with the gaming authority there? Nah, I doubt those guys are of any use. I mean, they even say this on their website:
We would like to clarify that the CGA does not handle individual complaints against gaming providers. Resolving disputes between players and gaming operators is not within our mandate.

The amount is 35K usd right now so no way they steal my funds with " you break our terms" and 0 consecuences
Have you tried reaching out to EarnBet's official rep account here in this forum? They are active, just very recently.

Does it mean that Earnbet want to be making money from players and doesn't want players to make any profit from them?
It's a bit early to speculate like this. Let's wait 'til their official rep responds first. Maybe they have a clear explanation as to why they did not approve this guy's withdrawal requests.
They've been around for like 7 years now; I hate to think they would just willingly throw away the reputation they've built over the years for $35k.

Initially, I had approximately 22 ETH in total.

I first withdrew 0.25 ETH to make sure the bookmaker would pay without any problems, and I received the funds almost instantly. Then I withdrew 1 ETH, which was approximately the amount I needed to buy something.

After that, I started playing slots and unfortunately lost around 8 ETH. My final balance was around 14 ETH, so I decided to withdraw the remaining balance to avoid continuing to play casino.

Op make things clear for people to understand more. If you withdraw 0.25 eth in your first withdrawal and it went successful but we don't know if you play games before withdrawing again or after withdrawing the first 0.25 eth and you went ahead to withdraw the higher denomination and also was it the same day or next day? If you withdraw the first 0.25 eth and go ahead to withdraw the 14 eth, then they will suspect you but they would have created a plain ground discussion with you before blocking the account permanently. As a gambler, you have the right to withdraw any amount at any time if you have fulfill the ToS of the service.

And for them quoting the section 7 of their Tos for your case, they have not made it clear, because you have been playing in the casino and they the in and out flow of the deposit and withdrawal and how much you have deposited and lost so withdrawing such amount should not be a suspect again. And I believed because of your withdrawal pattern the withheld the withdrawal. EARNBET.IO representative should say something here.
