What happened:
Created an account with duckdice.io - a fully licensed online casino.
I successfully deposited $200 USD. After increasing my balance to $941, I attempted to withdraw the entire amount. Upon successfully completing their 3 levels of account verification, my account was suspended/closed and I was unable to log back in.
Duckdice.io emailed me to notify me that my account was closed due to “clause 12.4” - winnings obtained through arbitrage betting, bonus abuse or other abusive means.
I only had an active account with duckdice.io and only had 1 registered account. I claimed a bonus and cancelled it immediately after reading the terms.

Upon requesting specific proof that I won through abusive means, duckdice.io support claims that they are unable to share as their sportsbook provider’s report is “confidential”.
They have accused me via several emails of abuse, but refuse to provide any specifics.
I have been doing this for a long time, and my winnings were earned in complete FAIRNESS and without ABUSE.

All of my wagering was on their sports book - tennis specifically.
