Lucky.fun blocked my account. Stole around 300$ in the account balance.

Scam Reports Lucky.fun Active 10 views View on BitcoinTalk

What happened: Lucky.fun blocked my withdrawal until I complete KYC, I completed it and then they blocked my account immediately, sent me an email saying I broke their Terms and Conditions but cant say which ones exactly.

If you actually broke any of there rule they should have at least told you the rule you broke it will solve the problem.
I think they are running promotion in this forum and hopefully their representative here may look into your case.
But OP I will also advise you to look into there terms and conditions carefully again maybe you have actually done something against there terms and condition, just go through it again while we wait and see if there representative here will say something concerning this case.

Unfortunately, most casinos do not want to disclose the specific reason or specific action done by players which suspected to breach the terms. 
Most of the time, casinos quote their own terms only such as "you are breaching our terms # xx". 
Usually, more specific information will be disclosed through 3rd party mediator only. 
@OP Maybe you can also share a short story about what you did (what you played) before the casino blocked your account. 
Alternatively, you can try to bring your issue to https://contesthunters.com/disputes

So they had a WC promotion thats where I created my account there, they had good boosted odds for it, then when WC ended I did my regular esports bets and sometimes played slots, which I was profitable in both. Couldnt break any rules as it was normal bets, mostly player props on counter strike.

I really do not understand why a casino or would refuse to disclose the exact terms that were breached to the concern user/customer?
The excuse of security is just bullshit. What security would the compromised is they pointed out that the user was having multiple accounts or manipulated the bets?

OP try creating a dispute on contesthunters as advice and we see how this case progresses.

Typical shenanigans of new casino when it comes to confiscating funds of their players but normally they will just use an excuse that they have the right to close account without further explanation.

I assume this case was related to arbitrage, value betting and other strategy which the bookie doesnÂt like as being categorized as Âtaking advantageÂ against them.

They are trying to avoid further discussion or escalation hoping that player will stop getting back their funds.

 but thats quite common nowadays.  But like what you had said, a clear explanation must be given on OP's case cause its not nornal for a casino to simply grab the balance of any players just like that.
