Scam Reports Thunderpick.io Active 151 views View on BitcoinTalk
Operator: Thunderpick (Paloma Media B.V.)
License: Curaçao Gaming Authority OGL/2024/677/0722
Website: thunderpick.io
Username: DarkHorsee
Country: Ukraine
Disputed amount: 322 USDT

What happened:

I deposited $200 and received a 100% bonus.
Placed only 9 bets (mostly CS:GO).
Then requested a withdrawal of 100 USDT.

Immediately after the withdrawal request my account was blocked and I was told to contact support.

KYC process:
They required:
- Multiple selfies
- Selfie holding ID
- Selfie holding ID + paper with casino name, current date and my signature

I completed all of the above successfully.

For Proof of Address I submitted two different official bank statements from two separate licensed banks (full PDF) on 17.09 and 18/19.09.2026. Both clearly showed my name and residential address.

Thunderpick rejected both documents and keeps demanding a third Proof of Address “from a new source”.

I sent formal complaints to:
- service@cs.thunderpick.io
- kyc@cs.thunderpick.io
- disputeresolution@cs.thunderpick.io

They ignored the formal complaints and only continue sending the same template.

This looks like a deliberate delay tactic after the withdrawal request.

I have already filed complaints on Casino Guru and AskGamblers.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue with Thunderpick?

Thunderpick representatives have not been active for a long time, this casino also has fraud allegations that have not been resolved until now, Thunderpick also has a negative belief because it cannot solve it.

When they said, "from a new source", maybe they are asking for a utility bill that also has your address on it. I remember casinos asking for it before to verify the gambler's address. Just to be clear, I am not 100% sure if that is what Thunderpick is asking, I'm just saying it has been asked before.

Also, if you don't mind, can you provide evidence supporting your claims?

They have seemed inactive for almost four years. So posting on the forum won’t help much unless someone has direct contact with them. To be honest I am not even familiar with them since they aren’t active on the forum and I am not sure they have any active promotion here.

Since you filed complaints with mediators, you have to wait for their reply. From the forum end we don’t have too much since they are inactive. Mediators would force them to comply with them. Don’t give up; try to complete their requirements if possible. Otherwise keep continuing to talk with the mediators.

Thanks for pointing this out to the OP. As you said, this is exactly why I was one of the first to leave negative trust and open a flag against them.

I knew about many scam accusations against them, where they ignored the victims and didn’t even try to solve the issues or respond to the accusations. The negative trust on Thunderpick’s forum account should have been enough for the OP to stay away from them.

Unfortunately, many people don’t check a casino’s reputation before using it. Their lack of response to disputes and scam accusations, along with their inactivity on the forum, is a bad sign and makes me seriously question their involvement in scams.

I would recommend staying away from them. I also encourage members to support my flag if you think they could put users at risk.

Yes, here is the third request, even though they had previously received two unique bank statements from different banks—documents they themselves accept.

Unfortunately, you aren't going to get any help from this community or any 3rd party mediators regarding this issue. Because Thunderpick doesn't cooperate with the mediators, and they are also inactive here. You have only one option left there, try to complete the address verification by getting documents from other sources.

At Askgamblers, the last two complaints are also related to delayed KYC verification at Thunderpick. Where this one is completely similar to your issue.

Their reputation is already so bad in this forum and when I look at the complaints on askgambers, out of the 10 complaints, only one from three years ago was resolved. I am not able to look at their reputation score on casinoguru probably because my country is blocked from using the service but this are the kind of things you should have first looked at before making any deposit and playing there. I sort of feel bad that you case might not get resolved.

Try to ask them to be specific on what other kind of proof of address document do they need

I can't find any review of the Thunderpick.io casino on casino.guru, nor can I find any record of a complaint filed by you there. If you had taken just 10 minutes to research this casino, you would have seen that it is a scam operation; there are numerous scam allegations against them. For instance, on Trustpilot where you yourself posted an accusation of a scam we see the following:

September: there were 6 scam accusations against them. Look at this particular case that happened on September 9, 2026.

This case is similar to yours. I don't know exactly when you opened your account with this casino, but you really should have researched it first; had you done so, you would have seen this case and other scam allegations against them. The more I read the scam accusations on Trustpilot, the more I wondered how you could have possibly signed up with them there are so many complaints, and they’ve been ripping off customers for years. This isn't a new casino that’s only been around for a year; they’ve been stealing from people for a long time. There are even accusations against them on this very forum one from November 26, 2024 and another scam allegation from October 2024 that member @$crypto$ already posted in this thread.

I'm not sure why they aren't satisfied with the bank statements you've submitted, but casinos do ask for other documents to verify information.

Thanks for the screenshot. So I was correct that they want utility bills to verify your address. So now it's up to you whether you'll submit it, and if you do, would you mind updating us on whether they accepted it or not?

They are asking for proof of address from another source. The OP has already provided bank statements from two different banks, but the platform seems to be asking for another document, such as a utility bill for gas, water, phone, or electricity, with at least one bill issued within the last 60 days.

The only option left for the OP is to provide what they asked for and send the documents to kyc@cs.thunderpick.io. If he doesn’t provide them, they will use this as a reason to block his withdrawal, saying that the OP didn’t provide the document they asked for. Many shady platforms use requirements like these as a reason to confiscate users’ funds.

After I posted on Trustpilot and a third-party site, the bookmaker finally released the funds.
So, let me warn you: the moment you win something and click to withdraw, they will instantly block you and use every possible tactic to avoid paying out your money.
Be careful with this unscrupulous operator.

I'm glad to hear that you have received your withdrawal. You made the best thing by posting about this on Trustpilot. I had forgotten that the Thunderpick team gives replies on Trustpilot review. I had previously mentioned this in other users scam accusation thread against them. You would have suffered more if you didn't post the review on Trustpilot.

It would be good to add 'resolved' in this thread title as you have received your withdrawal. Also lock this thread by updating the title.

I'm glad that you got your winnings from the casino. I'm curious if you submitted the utility bill they requested before making the post you made on Trustpilot and getting your funds released. Because it's weird that they would suddenly release the funds if the post you made on Trustpilot is the reason they unexpectedly released your funds, when they were not willing to do it before.
