CoinPal / IceRiver: Uncredited 0.64 ETH Payment Swept into Treasury Wallet 0x22c8b4ce699db4fc9409eE6FC7A4ff4fBA7AEaD8 Without Refund (On-Chain Proof)

Public Notice & On-Chain Audit Request: Uncredited Funds Absorbed by CoinPal Treasury

In July 2023, I attempted to purchase an IceRiver miner using ETH via CoinPal's payment gateway (order processed through Mercuryo/Bitget). Due to a temporary payment window expiration or gas fee discrepancy, the order was never marked as paid by IceRiver.

Instead of refunding the uncredited funds back to the originating address, CoinPal executed an automated sweep, absorbing my ETH directly into their primary corporate treasury wallet.

Current Status:
For 3 years, CoinPal and IceRiver have retained these funds without order fulfillment or refund. Customer support channels have remained unresponsive. The blockchain confirms that CoinPal is currently in possession of my funds within their main wallet 0x22c8b4....

I am publicly documenting this transaction to alert merchants integrating CoinPal and to demand an immediate manual treasury reconciliation and full refund to a designated wallet.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find any announcement or forum account related to coinpal.io
What I found is a different domain named coinpal.net, which no longer operates. Since they are not here and there is no representative, we won't be able to ask them anything regarding this case. Now, what you could do is spam all their social media and make some noise if you care about your money.

It's been a long time since the incident happened. I am not sure if they will care about this case anymore. But if you make some noise and get their attention on their social media, they might take a look and initiate the refund. You can't do much except this.

Have you tried contacting support[at]coinpal.io? If so, where are the messages you received from them? Could you share them using talkimg.com? I would like to see exactly what they told you.

Also, did you contact them through their official Discord channel? I found that they seem to be active there.

Also, if you proved to them that the mistake was on their side and not yours, and you provided them with the necessary evidence, what reasons did they give for rejecting your request?

Their Trustpilot profile shows only 4 reviews with a rating of 3.0 stars, and they appear to be largely inactive. It doesn't seem like they have many customers using their platform, especially since you mentioned that you have been using the platform since 2023.
