I am posting this to document an ongoing dispute with Sportsbet.io and to ask the community for advice.

I deposited $39 and received a $39 promotional bonus. After betting, my balance increased to approximately $620.

When I requested a withdrawal, Sportsbet.io required KYC verification. I completed the requested KYC, but afterwards they removed my promotional winnings and informed me that my account would be permanently closed.

Sportsbet.io cited Rule 20.1 as the reason. However, Rule 20.1 contains twelve different grounds, including fraud, multiple accounts, collusion, automation, betting syndicates, third-party account use, and other violations.

I asked them to specify exactly which subsection I violated and what specific activity or bet caused the violation. They did not provide this information. Instead, they cited Rule 20.1 in full and stated that their decision was final and that no further communication regarding the matter would be made.

I have the original email from their Player Safety and Assurance Team, live chat records, deposit and bonus records, and withdrawal records.

I have also submitted complaints to CasinoGuru and AskGamblers.

I am not asking anyone to make assumptions about the case. I would simply like Sportsbet.io to identify the specific rule they claim I violated and provide supporting evidence. If they cannot substantiate the alleged violation, I believe the confiscated winnings should be restored.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation with Sportsbet.io? Any advice on the next step would be appreciated.

I will update this thread if Sportsbet.io or an independent mediator provides further information.

Yep, a lot of reasons are mentioned under the terms 20.1 in their terms. Basically, all the possible reasons for funds confiscation are mentioned under that clause. I think your issue could be related to the use of multiple accounts or betting syndicates. Anyway, the Sportsbet team has left Bitcointalk forum one year ago. CasinoGuru may reject your complaint as it is related to sports events. And I doubt you will get any response from them on Askgamblers if your complaints get accepted there.
