I agree here that it is a good thing to have bad actors on the list, but with an uncensored review. Such information is probably more useful than having a list with only praise. In the end, Bestchange almost ruined its reputation because of it.

However, we closely monitor user feedback! ⚠️ If any exchanger unfairly abuses AML rules to lock user funds, it will be removed or blacklisted.

I would rather say that this is not quite true, but I will leave the assessment to free choice. Maybe they are all well-known players on the RU and Ukrainian market, but it is certainly not so outside of that speaking area. As far as I can see, most of it is from Ukraine. I'm not saying anything against that, but I'm not sure that Ukraine is that dominant in this industry.
