First of all and again, this can't be stressed enough: I don't think they will give you access to your account back, other than to get your initial deposit, if you agree to settle with it [unless I understand wrongly, that is the current offer from the casino], and even when you get the access, it will very likely be a strict only-to-wallet-to-withdraw access instead of full access to roam your history and all. Unless, of course, Kika surprises us here with letting such access.

And then, and because of above, the only way to get your "evidence", is by getting them to agree to share it, privately, to a third-party eyes, to be verified. And no, you can't look into it although it is your data. Because those data are not.

Suppose both of you agree to a binding mediation on ADR, the evidence that will be submitted by the casino is more of from their end, not from your UI. It contains in-depth raw material that are their proprietary. Thus, not for your eyes.

Point 3: Player asked for access to account to gain their own evidence

Point 4: Most likely than not, casino will not grant

Thus, ADR.

Get the casino to answer to one ADR of your choosing, and bind you both to the ADR's ruling. Any ADR, really.

If those *gesturing to all the sentences above* is still very hard to understand, I can't help any further.

At this point, I am really not sure you're just trolling or really find things difficult to understand, so I'll try one last time, down to your level:

From my perspective, if I may lend it, there are only two possible outcome you can try to escalate your matter: lawsuit or Alternative Dispute Resolution, also known as ADR.

In no other scenario I have in mind that the casino will give you access back to your account. Thus, the only way to prove whodunnit is either lawsuit or ADR, where evidences from their side can be given to be reviewed by the judge or the mediator to draw a verdict.

If you still can't understand eyond this, I can't help you to understand any other thing.
