12PLAY asia biggest scam for 25,701 SGD

What happened::
I know that 12play.com does not have a profile on this forum, but I would like to ask for help in posting a statement that will reach a wide audience to warn potential new users about this casino, especially those from Asia, since this casino focuses specifically on that region.

I already tried to resolve this matter, with internal complain that was ignored, I already made complain at CG but 12play ignored it, I also filed a complaint with AskGamblers, and despite providing all the explanations and evidence, AskGamblers rejected my complaint without giving any reason, telling me to report it to the regulatory authorities. I also wrote a review of 12play on AskGamblers, which was not published for no apparent reason. I get the impression that AskGamblers is in cahoots with 12play, which is scamming people, and is being paid by these scammers, which is why it has a positive rating and no negative reviews or complaints.

I made three deposits: 108 SGD, 1,000 SGD, and 1,200 SGD. After a month of regular play, I had accumulated 25,701 SGD, so I decided to withdraw 5,000 SGD in USDT. After 30 minutes, my withdrawal request was rejected. I asked customer support via live chat why this had happened, and after a few minutes, I received a response that shocked me.
They blocked my account, confiscated all my winnings, and offered only a refund of my last deposit of 1,200 SGD. I was only able to ask via live chat what the reason was; they informed me that I had violated their Terms of Service by placing unusual bets. When I asked for a more detailed explanation, the chat session was closed, and live chat was disabled on my account.
I sent them an email with a complaint, but they never replied.
This is a complete scam, because I didn’t cheat them over the course of a month of play, I placed really large bets, generating a turnover exceeding 200,000 SGD to achieve those profits. My activity consisted of completely normal betting, through which I made significant profits, but there were also days when I lost 10,000 SGD. It’s truly unbelievable that a casino can cheat a customer out of their winnings in such a rude manner—and even steal part of their deposits!

I published this post to warn other users about 12play, which operates fraudulently throughout Asia.
I can't report this case to any authority like askgamblers suggested because they operating under fake license that can't be even validated in any way, also why would a legitible casino mostly focused on asia region operated under montenegro license? this is really obvious scam
