My bcgame account has been suspended with out any reason the winning amount is 4900000
They banned my id  after winning this amount no multiple accounts not kyc issue no vpn use no  violation of rules bhow can they scam me this not fair i am ask bittaks why ate they sacming me unnecessary

Bcgame has had a number of scam accusations over the past couple of years with most of them were never resolved. This is why the thread has a scammer flag and thete arr several red tags on thebofficial account.

You can add some information to make your accusation stronger but that would not help much to get you back your funds.

Screenshots of your conversation with their support, them blocking your account, your winnings, etc. We just need to know if your claims have evidence. 

Anyway, personally, I'd suggest you post this on casino.guru too, I just checked the bc.game complaints there, and their support does respond there, so you probably have a better chance of getting a response from their support there with the help of casino.guru staff compared to here.

Screenshots of your conversation with their support, them blocking your account, your winnings, etc. We just need to know if your claims have evidence.

From what I've noticed, most of those scam accusations involve INR transactions, where either deposits were not credited to users accounts or INR withdrawals were never received.
Many of these accusations started after India began blocking online casinos. I'm not saying BC.Game is completely free of blame, but both parties knowingly took the risk. The casino continued offering services and the players continued using them despite knowing that online gambling was prohibited. Both sides were aware of the situation but still chose to proceed.

I can't initiate anything, my capacity here is just a bridge, whereas my capacity on CH is as concilliator that seek the best outcome for both parties in binding way.

I can see that you've filed a case on CH. Now, two things before I proceed: I need you to be patient as case resolution can span between matter of hours, days, to weeks, all depending on the complexity of the case and/or the response time of both parties. Two, you affirm that the conclusion by CH is binding, thus you are not allowed to jump to other ADR platform after a ruling is made, just in case it ruled against you.

I don't want to waste my time for an ADR-leaper who jump from one platform to another until they got a platform that favor them. My time is better spent on other matter. 

So: patience, and that the verdict is binding for both parties?
