Hi everyone,

I am writing this post to alert the community and request assistance regarding FortuneJack confiscating my legitimate sports betting winnings totaling over 12,000 BRL (approx. $2,200 USD).

WHAT HAPPENED:
1. I deposited a total of 7,000 BRL of my own money into FortuneJack and placed several legitimate sports bets.
2. A close friend of mine visited my home, created her own account, and placed bets using my Wi-Fi network and my personal PC.
3. Soon after, my account was restricted under Terms & Conditions clause 2.5 (suspected multiple accounts / same household).

OUR PROOFS & GOOD FAITH:
We immediately cooperated with the support team and submitted complete Advanced KYC documentation for BOTH of us:
- My official ID/RG and proof of address.
- My friend's official ID/RG and proof of address (internet bill under her own name at a completely different address).
- We offered to perform live video verification or selfie checks to prove we are two completely distinct individuals.

THE UNFAIR CONFISCATION:
Despite providing irrefutable proof that we live in different households and operate independently, FortuneJack support unilaterally confiscated all my net winnings (performing two manual negative adjustments: -7,000.38 BRL and -5,714.00 BRL).

They replied stating that "the decision is final and not subject to further review."

We did not engage in any bonus abuse, odds manipulation, or fraud. Sharing a temporary IP/device with a visiting friend does not justify confiscating legitimate winnings after full identity verification has been provided.

I ask the FortuneJack representative here on BitcoinTalk to review this case manually and reinstate my balance.

Sadly, whether you and your friend engaged in or didn't engage in bonus abuse, odds manipulation, fraud or proved that both accounts belong to two different people doesn't really matter to them. The main issue they have with you and your friend is that both of you broke Rule 2.5 in their terms and conditions, even if the two of you only temporarily shared an IP/device.

Exactly that. It was a rookie mistake since everybody should know that creating accounts from the same IP and then also the same device is a big nono. TOS are always pretty staright forward about cases like this, so all OP can hope for is an "action of kind gesture" and receive the deposit back, which is often enough possible at casinos. Obviously still that's not guaranteed and casino always handle this differently, depending on how big the site is and if they maybe have the suspicion if there are already other accounts that might be in profit.

I'm wondering how someone can be so irresponsible while having a decent amount in their account. You have made a great mistake there. Every casino would have taken similar action in such cases. Unfortunately, you aren't going to get back the winnings. Don't repeat the same mistake again.

I think you haven't checked the 2nd screenshot provided by OP. FortuneJack has already processed two withdrawals to him, the amount is 7.5k BRL in total. Now he is asking to get back the remaining account balance (winnings) which he had after making those withdrawals.

OP, I understand both of you completed the KYC to advanced level? Do you mind to inform me if your deposit is returned? For the both of you?
