Is there any chance you can provide evidence supporting your claims, like screenshots of the conversation you've had with their support?

As for whether this has happened to other people, there have been complaints posted here in the forum with similar issues, but not with duel.com. So, this thing is not something new, and it is not only happening on duel.com.

If you want, you can try posting on mediator websites like casino.guru(I saw them listed there), askgamblers or lcb.org, they might be able to get more info about your case.

Just like acroman08 have said you need to provide evidence by making some screenshots so that people are going to believe your story.
If what you said is actually true then, Duel.com should have shown you a proof that someone truly login your account and requested withdrawal.

Allegations from newbies without any evidence have been increasing significantly. You raised a concern, but you did not even think to share your username. Let's say a representative from Duel comes here to help you; then how will they know your username? Unless you add more details by following the correct scam accusation format, then I will consider such a thread a smear campaign.

Although your story isn't very clear and it's very hard to understand due to not enough data, it's likely that your account was hacked. Please check your withdrawal history; it may reveal where your funds ended up. Usually gambling platforms don't do this kind of scam; they freeze accounts for various reasons, like breaking their terms. In your case, nothing like this.

There is nothing to take away your account balance from you than you placing a bet either intentionally or by mistake or you withdrew it, another possible cause to this is that if someone have access to your account unknowingly to you and they take an advantage of making withdrawals, but in this regard, I don't think they will even spare you the $4 left, most of the scam related attempts do drain user account to zero.

Add some proof. You can login from Steam or Google on Duel. Maybe u got hacked. However, currently these claims have no ground.

It sounds like you've lost everything and want compensation.

Lol, i am not sure about that. OP ought to know he won't get far if that is the case, as Duel would present evidence that they wagered all of their funds if the dispute reaches an independent mediator.

My best guess is that it could either be a smear campaign, particularly as there is no proof of what they say happened, or a third party gained access into OP's account and moved the coins, just as he claims he was told by support.

were you talking about physical brick-and-mortar "work", WorkFromOffice or WFH thing and you have to attend matters for 45 minutes, at home? Because the two will significantly lead to a whole different narrative, possibilities, and outcome.
