Scam Reports Kikabet.com Active 43 views View on BitcoinTalk
Please be careful. When I tried to withdraw my funds, they messed up my account—now it looks like this—and it seems like they're not going to pay out my winnings. We'll find out soon enough if they're scammers or not.

https://postimg.cc/K471v8yD  I don’t understand why they are asking for my email again, since everything has already been confirmed a long time ago.

https://postimg.cc/1gN03VP1 My personal account is simply broken after trying to withdraw funds.

https://postimg.cc/1ftqzVcM  As you can see, the email was confirmed a long time ago, because deposits are arriving regularly.

Have you asked their support about the issue? I mean, your post never mentioned anything about you asking them about the issue you are experiencing or whether they ignored the issue you are experiencing. So, if you haven't, maybe ask them first, they might be able to help with your issue.

So why call it a scam if you have not yet confirmed if they are scammers or not?

I think you should first get in touch with customer support and have them look at this and perhaps help you solve the problem. Only if they don't help you can you make a complaint to warn the public.

You deposited 12 USD, so what is the total withdrawal amount you want to claim to make the allegation sound plausible? I suspect this is either a scam, a temporary front-end issue, cache or an internet connection problem.

It's very difficult for me to understand exactly what's happening with you and the casino, which is why I recommend you follow the appropriate procedure:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0

You need to tell us:

1 - How much money you deposited (this screenshot shows $12)

2 - How much money you won (you need to show a photo)

3 - How much money you tried to withdraw (you need to show a photo)

4 - Your conversations with support (you need to show photos)

Following the proper format and with the photos I told you to include, and a good explanation of how everything started, then we will all be able to understand what is happening. I see you already posted this problem in their ANN thread, Their representative was active on the forum today, could you send him a PM so that he could ask the casino team responsible for your case to be quicker in resolving your problem.

This is a new casino, it's been operating for less than a year if I'm not mistaken and Trustpilot only has 2 complaints against them. This means that few customers have had any problems.

Have you spoken with the Kikabet support team?

Based on the screenshots, yes, one of them is from live support and OP posted on their ANN thread to get attention from them and the community. I wonder what'd its status now. Or their complaint support is just too slow handling reports.

The connection issue only occurs when logging into my account. I also tried contacting online support from outside the account, but my messages were read, but no one responded. The withdrawal amount was $90. Their ad claims instant withdrawals, but that's a lie. More than 10 hours have passed and I haven't received any money.

I would suggest following the steps that Slow Death gave you before even opening a scam accusation. I could be wrong but I don't see many sites trying to scam users for $90. Not saying it doesn't or won't happen, just don't see it often as they could steal a lot more if they really wanted to scam users.

Check with support via email and pm their rep and see if you guys can figure the issue.

Much as i don't like customer support reading the message but not responding to it instantly, you should give them more time to respond. 10 hours shouldn't make you panic for now. For better context how did you contact them? Live support? Social media?

If they take so long without getting to you, maybe after several days, then that's when there should be much concern.

Maybe it would be easier for them to just shut down? Why are they opening a casino and making us wait for a response? It's unprofessional of them. They opened a casino to collect money and deposits, and it's obvious it's a scam.

Unfortunately, this has been confirmed. I can confirm all the evidence if they open my account. I'll take screenshots of my bets and compare them with my other similar bets at other casinos. The casino isn't paying out my winnings, citing the fact that my account was flagged as problematic by Betby's bookmaker risk assessment team, even though I've successfully withdrawn my winnings from other casinos. It turns out it's simpler, and Kikabet is a complete scam.

This account has already been addressed in another thread , repeating the "scam" framing in a new thread doesn't change the facts.

To recap:
this account was flagged by Betby's sportsbook risk management team.
Total deposit was $12.
We already offered — publicly — to return that full deposit if the player wants it back.
That offer still stands.

On the screenshots posted here (email re-verification prompt, account appearing "broken"):
that's a standard account security check, unrelated to the risk flag, and not a mechanism for withholding funds.
If it's genuinely erroring out, send your ticket/account email and support will look at it directly, but this isn't evidence of funds being withheld.

We'd note that opening a second thread titled "Kikabet scam" about the same $12 account that's already being addressed elsewhere doesn't add new information,
it repeats a claim that's already been answered with the actual numbers.

We'll continue answering direct, factual questions with the actual account data, same as we have throughout this thread.
The offer to refund the $12 deposit remains open.

[...]

I am wondering if you both are willing to get me to reconcilliate the case in binding way, and allow me to get to the bottom of it by being the third-set of eyes who verify evidences from betby and other supporting internal evidence that I know can't be published publicly.

If you both agree, by all means, my signature bring you directly to ContestHunters dispute page. All you both need to do --suppose you agreed to bring this to CH-- is to sign up and for OP to initiate a issue escalation there.

I can provide other screenshots from other casinos, specifically bets on this match at Betby, where I easily withdrew all my winnings and the provider didn't flag my actions. Apparently, Kikabet doesn't have the money to pay out such large winnings. Do you want me to give you these screenshots? I'll also need to make them at Kikabet, because for some reason they took away my access; I can't log into my personal account at their casino.

Kikabet spends thousands of dollars every month on their signature campaign on Bitcointalk alone, not to mention promotional campaigns elsewhere outside the forum.

Why would they risk their reputation for your $12 or even $90?

Of course, everyone has the right to file a complaint if they feel something went wrong.

However, checking your post history, I noticed that over the past year, you've accused over 10 different casinos of scam.

If you don't provide evidence that Kikabet actually acted inappropriately, it will be hard to believe it's a coincidence that you continously have problems with so many casinos.

No.

I don't need that. At least not until both parties agree to binding mediation on CH. Otherwise, those information won't do much things other than taking my time pointlessly as one or neither of both parties agreed to the binding mediation.
