What happened:
All of us know that almost all of these so-called cloud mining services are fake and after I felt they were overexplaining themselves, I spent a few minutes looking around for red flags and here are my findings:

In their announcement thread, they mentioned launching their services three years ago, but their "Whois data" points to last week [I also couldn't find any traces of them (from back then) under a different domain extension].

They're using a phone number [screenshot] belonging to a "clinic that treats a variety of gynecologic conditions [refer to the footer area]"!

They're offering an additional 25% hashrate [out of thin air] if you purchase mining rigs: Screenshot of their plans

All of us know that almost all of these so-called cloud mining services are fake and after I felt they were overexplaining themselves, They even had to use AI to do the convincing. Lazy scammers

The home page alone signals the classic scam kind of websites. They claim they have a history, but you won't be able to see any additional evidence backing up their claims. No legitimate physical address or even pictures.

Flag supported OP! Deym cloud mining still exist at this era and these scammers wont stop until they drained every new users out there. Btw the language choice for their site is originally german and has a default of english translation. Does it mean these scammers are from Germany? Or the scammers usually tend to do misdirection to make others believe they are from that country?

It’s been a long time since I came across a cloud-mining site like this, until the OP pointed it out here. Good thing he caught it early, before the topic got much attention or someone else fell for it. I tagged the scammer’s account and supported the flag. I also reported the topic where they promoted this scam service and I’ll report this domain which is only 9 days old to have it taken down.

As for what you asked, they may have used a template template with German as the default language or maybe they just chose German to hide where they’re really from. There’s no proof they’re from Germany. The WHOIS info also says "Redacted for Privacy," so we can’t see where they’re from.

Yeah Im betting theyre not really from Germany but uses that as their front so if ever they got caught they will misdirect their attention to them and find guys from germany for potential suspect since it cant be proven out there how can authority be smart to catch these people? What happened is we can stop them via reporting them but they can just simply do another and new one.

I think it's time for all AI-assisted services to set limits on their use before they cause irreparable harm to various industries.

- A court order might do the trick.

It's hard to guess, but maybe they're trying to pretend to belong to a small portion of Icelanders who speak German.

Thank you for reporting them [the more, the better]... I did the same, but seeing that we're dealing with Namecheap here, their incompetent staff makes me lose my confidence.

- BTW, thank you also to those who supported the flag and tagged the scammer in question

All the other cloud mining platforms I've seen are open to seeing their plans, but on this one, you need to sign up to see the plan and check all the information about their platform. So I signed up using a disposable email, and they claimed to have 12 years of experience and all the convincing info for people to invest.
And their address looks like a big store, not something where you will run a mining hub, or is it just an office but I'm sure its fake address.

Borgartún 26 · 105 Reykjavík · Iceland

They want to be as convincing as possible by putting a fake address.

Was there any non scam cloud mining in existence today? Id jump the rope if there is any.
There is no way to keep the mining operation going, because it's not profitable for anyone.

If you are all about cloud mining I will avoid instantly, without finding any reasons to read further, it's not going to happen, the most popular scam in crypto space since 2009 is cloud mining, many operations escaped successfully, exiting with people's hard earned money.

Fake locations, fake pay outs, fake companies certifications and more, and when the damage is already done they will release some stupid excuse like they are sorry they can't continue to run anymore, I'm even talking about few big ones then.

It’s quite surprising that there are still traditional scam sites launching, because these types of scams have already passed. However, probably scammers are targeting new crypto users who have been seeking quick money. But they don’t know there is no such money-making machine.

Thanks for raising the concern here; even old users know about such scams, but probably new users will benefit from those scam accusations. That’s why all crypto and forum users should sometimes visit that scam accusation section. However, I have tagged the scammer and support the flag from my end.

Today is the year 2026. How is it possible that the cloud mining scam still has its victims? Anyone who is even a little into crypto should know that this is an obvious scam scheme, now, even those who are ignorant have various AI assistants and can very easily find out the real background of cloud mining scams.

We don't have to wait for a scam to happen; history backs our claims. It's not for us to prove that you are a scam, but for you to prove that you are legit, but I doubt you can; there are so many ways to do that if you are up to the challenge.

There is no character assassination; what we are doing is preventive to help newbies avoid falling into this scheme. There have been so many cloud mining scam complaints in the past, and you can't blame us; we are just stating what has been proven.

I understand, but you cant just tell that we are Scammers if you dont even get scammed. The cheapest Miner rent is at 39,00€ per month. You dont even tried it, so you cant tell its a scam. Thats not fair. How i said: EVERY User always gets paid out, no matter which amount.

Instead of proving us wrong, your first instinct was to shift attention away from what I've mentioned in the opening post [SMH].

FYI: I'm just one of many users who are getting paid to promote Duelbits' banner on this forum, so I'm not the owner and considering that these two platforms don't even belong to the same category, I highly doubt anyone from Duelbits will ever target a so-called cloud mining platform! Regarding those reviews, some of them might be true due to errors on their side [e.g., this "recent case" shows their true nature], while others might be from competitors trying to damage their reputation.

Quote from: Hashfactory2 on August 13, 2026, 12:03:02 PMEVERY User always gets paid out, no matter which amount.

All previous fake cloud mining services made the same promise as well, but it didn't last forever!

Questions:

Why is Hashfactory using a fake phone number and address? How can you give those who purchase the rigs an extra 25% hashrate for three years?

- Technically, they still don't own them since it's just for three years! Can you provide a video that clearly shows the 84 available mining rigs together with a handwritten note that shows your forum name and the date?

So, changing domains and hiding behind excuses like "NO KYC" is now considered normal for a legitimate company? If you’re actually being honest, why not share the previous domain and explain exactly what happened? So far, you haven’t provided any evidence that your company is legitimate.

Also, until you provide evidence and answer the questions raised by @SFR10 above, your new domain will remain nothing more than a suspicious and high-risk cloud mining operation.

I hope you stop with the emotional reactions and empty threats. We’re waiting for your next response and, more importantly, some actual answers to the questions that were raised.
