I am posting this because I have been trying to resolve this situation directly with Shuffle.com for more than 25 days, but their support has essentially ignored me.

My Shuffle.com account was blocked after I made around 10 deposits/transfers back and forth between Stake.com and Shuffle.com. As far as I understand, no clear reason or proper explanation was ever provided to me for permanently restricting my account.

The most serious issue is that Shuffle.com also withheld money that belonged to me.

From my point of view, taking a player's funds without providing a clear justification, while at the same time refusing to communicate with the player for weeks, amounts to an unjustified confiscation of funds. I consider this to be the equivalent of having my money taken from me without a valid reason.

I want to emphasize this point clearly:

My account was blocked, my money was withheld, and I have been ignored for more than 25 days without receiving a proper explanation.

I contacted their support multiple times and also emailed them directly at support@shuffle.com, but I still have not received a meaningful response.

All of the transactions are visible and can be verified. I am able to provide screenshots and transaction history showing the deposits and transfers involved.

In addition, Shuffle.com removed a $50 bonus from the CoinFlip $50,000 promotion.

Another important detail is that after this situation, Shuffle.com introduced a 1x rollover requirement for deposits. Under such a rule, the same type of activity would not even be possible without first wagering the deposited amount.

I am not claiming that everything I did was perfect. I acknowledge that repeatedly moving funds between casinos may have looked suspicious from their side, and I understand that I could have handled it differently.

However, I do not believe that this justifies blocking my account, withholding my money, removing my promotional bonus, and then ignoring me for more than 25 days.

If Shuffle believed that I violated a specific rule, they should clearly identify the rule, provide evidence, explain their decision and properly respond to my complaint.

Instead, I have been left without a proper explanation and without access to the money involved.

I am willing to cooperate fully, provide transaction records, screenshots, account information and any other evidence required. I also want to make clear that I understand the issue and this type of transfer activity will not happen again.

At this point, all I am asking for is a fair review of my case, a clear explanation for the restriction, and the return of any funds that were withheld without valid justification.

So we can get a clear view of why they blocked your account. Take screenshots of the chats history you've had with them, not an email report of your chats. Cause, we can't see what they response to you.

I would also like to clarify the situation regarding the CoinFlip promotion and my attempts to contact Shuffle support.

The **CoinFlip promotion has already ended**. I completed the required condition while the promotion was active. As shown in the screenshot, my progress was **1/1 and marked as completed**.

However, at that time my Shuffle account had already been placed into **withdrawal-only mode**, so I was unable to properly claim/use the promotional reward.

Because my account remained restricted, I could not receive/use the reward normally. After approximately 30 days, the promotional reward expired/disappeared.

I also want to explain why most of the evidence I previously provided consists of my own attempts to contact support.

When I try to contact Shuffle through live support, I repeatedly receive the message:

"We are not able to serve you via live support..."

The support system redirects the matter to email instead. I have contacted them through email many times, but I still have not received a substantive response or a proper resolution.

So this is the reason why I showed my outgoing emails and contact attempts: **live support would not handle my case and redirected me to email, while the email support has effectively not responded to the substance of my complaint.**

I am not trying to hide anything. I simply want Shuffle to review the case, explain the exact reason for the restriction, and resolve both the account issue and the promotional reward that I completed but could not receive because of the restriction.
