Scam Reports Winz.io Active 37 views View on BitcoinTalk
I want to share my experience with Winz.io and warn other players to take a close look at how the casino handles withdrawals.

On August 13, 2026 at 23:13, my withdrawal of 400 TRX was canceled. Shortly afterward, my entire balance was confiscated and my account was permanently closed.

Winz.io told me that I had violated their P.9 Anti-Fraud Policy, claiming that I had been using “strategies aimed at gaining unfair winnings.”

But what exactly was this supposed strategy?

I only played regular games offered by Winz.io, including Blackjack and Plinko. I also played the slot Sweet Bonanza. I did not manipulate any software, exploit any bug, or use any fraudulent method.

So I genuinely want to understand: How can winning money on games provided by the casino itself suddenly be considered “unfair winnings”?

A generic statement saying “breach of our Anti-Fraud Policy” is not enough to justify confiscating over €1,000 of a player's balance and permanently closing their account.

I am asking Winz.io to provide a clear and transparent explanation and actual evidence of the alleged violation.

If a player wins on games offered by the casino itself, that should not automatically be treated as fraud simply because the winnings are higher than expected.

Until I receive a proper explanation, I consider this an extremely unfair treatment of my account and funds.

I'm not really sure about your case, but if you are interested, maybe it's better if you will go on a independent investigation like Casino Guru, (https://casino.guru/complaints/all

And perhaps you can message as well, yahoo62278. As he might have still have contact with the owner as he used to run their signature campaign here.

Best of luck.

I sent a ping to the owner to take a look at this thread, maybe he or his support will stop by by Monday and give a response. I can't guarantee anything, just that I have made them aware.

This player's winnings have nothing to do with the block. However, we have identified the player as part of a drop group based on identical account patterns and the documents provided. The player is welcome to submit a complaint to an independent mediator, such as CasinoGuru, and we will provide all supporting evidence as part of that complaint.

Never heard the phrase "drop group" in this section before. What's that supposed to mean? Something like a betting syndicate?

Why was the player told": "P.9 Anti-Fraud Policy “strategies aimed at gaining unfair winnings.” " ? I mean obviously there is something different you accuse him of, why not tell him in the first place but give tome random TOS nonsense?

Not picking anybody's side, but tell him A and here replying it's B sounds a big strange to say the least. Hopefully a 3rd party investigation will bring to light what's actually going on.

i'm having a hard time understanding what kind of "fraud" OP committed, just like the others, it's my first time hearing of the term "drop group".

and if OP winnings have nothing to do with the block, why did cancel his 400 TRX withdrawal because of "strategies aimed at gaining unfair winnings."?

don't you think you are contradicting yourself with those statments?

I have no issue with CasinoGuru being one option, but it shouldn’t be the only one.

I’m also willing to have this reviewed here by reputable, well-known members chosen by you—not by me—provided they are established members whose impartiality and credibility are accepted within the thread.

would both of you be okay with contesthunters.com/disputes and @holydarkness as the mediator? he is the best fit for this on the forum.

I think they are trying to accuse you of being part of a betting syndicate or something like that. I believe we or you will know all the details when they submit their side of the findings on casinoguru. If you don't mind, you could share the link to the complaint you opened on CasinoGuru. I also suggested you rely on one mediator platform at a time.

What specific pattern?

I myself play that same combination blackjack + plinko then go for slot games bonus buy.

I confused on what kind of pattern or strategy which someone can apply to abused your casino? Even with active bonus I still don’t see the point which an abused can apply since all this games are pure based on luck unlike sports betting that arbitrage can be done to make the EV positive.

There is gross contradiction between the words of forum rep and the fact. He said that they identified group id from identical document and account pattern. TBH, if casino team already knew the account was matching a group. then my question is why wasn't the account flagged when he depositing and playing the game? Seizing his fund by waiting until he withdraws mean that this casino is knowingly taking the opportunity to digest the players deposits without risk. This is pure freerolling on the player in my opinion!

I support your proposal. Since Winz has been part of our community for quite a long time, I hope they will resolve this issue quickly instead of coming up with weak argument or excuse.

Same here, I haven't heard what "drop group" is, I'm hinting that the players are colluding with others as the accuser mentioned that he played blackjack? Card counting? I doubt that it can be a player advantage in online casino. Maybe in land base, but still everyone is going to watch you.

That is the thing with some casinos, they don't give any "proof" of what they found out because it will exposed them.

But let's see, there's a good suggestion or proposal to independently verify the bet and what is supposedly the cheating or what games it happened.

I can confirm I only played their original games plinko and blackjack, because their original games was highlighted on the homepage. After I won the blackjack I tried the slot sweet bonanza.

This Drop Group and Rule P.9 card playing techniques look extremely fake, NGL! We've seen this script thousand times, whenever any player win, casino seizes fund under the pretext of generic flagging of their database.

Winz.io claims that OP generated unfair winning. IDK how any sane person calls winning on Sweet Bonanza or Plinko unfair unless the casino is openly admitting their own provider's RNG is flawed! If the player is not exploiting any software then the outcome of game depends entirely on the casino's own system. How can any player get an unfair advantage if he wins according to the rules set by casino!

So player won fairly without gaming the system, but then what seems to be the hold up ?

If it was arbitrage on the sportsbook that would hold water ,but clean game on slots.. comeon Winz..

So this problem was only flagged when user tried to withdraw their winnings after a 500% roi, to avoid this why not flag users before it gets to making big profits to avoid this mudsling.

It's about time the forum had it's own mediators to speed up these processes, why should we be running to third party platforms when these casino's use the forum to launch their products.

We have alot of users capable for this role and most importantly remain unbiased!

I totally agree. For this case could select a few reputable, trusted members to take a look on this case for more transparent.

I’ve also submitted a dispute to Content Hunter now. Thanks for letting me know about that platform.

[...]

As someone who always advocate for one-ADR only and mostly frowned against ADR-hopping, I respectfully reject the case on ContestHunters, of which will directly be overseen by me, as you've raised to CG first, and there should be only one ADR shot per case instead of barrage of ADR until a certain outcome reached, as well as not to step on each other ADR's toes.

With this, I publicly announce that your complaint on CH will be removed, you can raise to CH again and I am more than welcome you to it once and when you close your case on CG and Winz agreed to binding one-shot-only mediation on CH instead of other ADR.

Almost all members of this forum knows exactly how gambling works, what do you mean by a drop group? Identical account patterns? How can you provide or be ready to provide evidence to casino guru from your end and not on this forum? Since when has online casinos start to avoid bitcointalk forum as a place to provide evidence if a gambler cheat their system? You need to do better than this, it's not making sense talking about CasinoGuru when this forum is CasinoGuru 2.0.

I have submitted a complaint to CasinoGuru regarding this matter.

I would like to ask the casino to clearly explain what is meant by the statement that I was identified as being part of a “drop group” based on “identical account patterns” and that there were “strategies aimed at gaining unfair winnings.”

What specific strategy or activity are you alleging that I used to obtain unfair winnings?

During my play, I only played Plinko, Blackjack, and Sweet Bonanza. I did not use any strategy, exploit, manipulation, or other method intended to obtain an unfair advantage.

Simply stating that my account matches a pattern or belongs to a particular group does not explain what I personally did wrong or how my winnings were allegedly obtained unfairly.

As a conclusion, I would also like to point out that I was not gambling or playing together with other players. The games I played — Plinko, Blackjack, and Sweet Bonanza — are individual/solo games. My results and winnings are determined by my own bets and the game itself; I cannot influence or coordinate the outcome with another player.

You can choose the members yourself, and I’ll accept that selection. I’m simply asking for an independent review by respected members of the community, in addition to any complaint submitted to CasinoGuru.

If the evidence genuinely supports your position, there should be no problem allowing independent and reputable members to examine it as well.
