Hello, IÂm reaching out for assistance regarding my Stake account.

My funds have been on hold since October 8, 2024, when my account was temporarily suspended. It has now been almost two years. I have made repeated attempts to complete the required verifications, but I was only able to pass Level 2. Despite fully complying with their requests, my submissions for Levels 3 and 4 have consistently been rejected.

I have also contacted them to request at least the return of my original deposit, even if they choose not to release my winnings. My initial deposit was $3,600 USD, and while that may not be a large amount, it would make a significant difference for me right now given how tough times have become.

Well, this board is heavily monitored and swept routinely by someone who will forward cases to Stake, and that is the only resolution method currently available that our forum can provide. So, whether or not it can be resolved, I'll say it heavily depends on the evidence you can give to support your claim, like why it got suspended in the first place, your email [or was it live chat?] requesting to "refuse KYC" and thus get your deposit returned, and other thinkable screenshots that validate your story and build a good narrative for that someone to read and summarize to be forwarded to Stake.

Personally, when I read your case, what crossed my mind was whether or not you're in net profit. If the bet you made [you provided one screenshot] is the only bet you had and ever have on Stake, then "refusing to perform KYC" should return your deposit to the originating wallet. If you're in net profit, though, casinos does not have the obligation to refund principals as the winnings and other fund in the account is considered as their way to recover loss due to the abusive behavior.

I have some questions for you.
Did they tell you the terms of service that you broke that made them suspend your account?

What are the KYC requirements that was asked by stake in the Level 2,3 and 4 of the KYC that was consistently been rejected.

Stake rejecting valid proof of residency (KYC level 3) as well as proof of funds (KYC level 4) pretty regularly, seen that in here as well as other outlets like reddit plenty of times.
Mostly they only ask for this when some serious violation took place. I see you bet on some esports, that's always tricky since it's easy to fix those matches. 
I mean tbh, it looks a bit sus. You make a big first deposit, then bet 446$ on some higher odds in some random game, I would double check that as well, and I guess so did they. What exactly happened there we don't know. Also, if you actually seek help you should at least share your username or something. I doubt it will help much though since stake doesn't really care about accusation threads here, there is as good as never a reply from them.

They don't respond to cases here anymore, so don't expect much, especially Stunna responding to it. But as holydarness has mentioned, they do have someone(Symphonized) monitoring this board to see if there is a scam accusation or complaint against their casino and report it back to their team.

They don't respond to cases here anymore, so don't expect much, especially Stunna responding to it. But as holydarness has mentioned, they do have someone(Symphonized) monitoring this board to see if there is a scam accusation or complaint against their casino and report it back to their team.

Based on my experience on stake platform, the only time I once face a challenge with their kyc level 2 was when I was having my document I submitted not clearly visible and then it is also a paper issue identity and not the normal regular ID card, I keep uploading until I eventually ended up being denied after several attempts, later I got to realize that I was not uploading the right format and I decided to go to the regulatory office in my country and demanded for the original ID card, and once I uploaded it everything went through and I was upgraded, try to understand the exact document required for your level upgrade before anything.

but you're forgetting that this isn't sufficient proof. That's because you could have deposited, gambled everything, and lost it all. Therefore, you should have posted a photo of your account balance; the account balance photo wouldn't appear like that on the staking platform. Therefore, I hope you will post your account balance. I know you said your account was temporarily suspended, but you managed to take a picture of the deposit you made, so I believe you must have taken a picture of your account balance as well.

On the same day you deposited 3596.40 USDT, you placed a bet on a game with odds of @3.20, you bet 446.84 USDT, a very high amount, but you won that bet. Didn't you place another bet? Another point concerns your conversations with support. Didn't you contact support via email? The photo you posted of conversations with support is from about 1 year ago. Your account was suspended 2 years ago, You didn't post conversations you had with support right after you saw that your account was restricted.

Although I know that is not really that easier to pass kyc like performing from level 1-4 or 5 is something that I wouldn't want to encourage person who is  to use that gambling site. If you do not pass kyc before going to gamble you could face lots of issues before having to pass through that verification. So, before making deposit, do as well to pass all the verification otherwise they wouldn't mind penalizing the said user because he wasn't able to pass their kyc. Few people above has also said something that interests me and you most provide those requirements .
