Scam Reports Rollbit.com Active 7 views View on BitcoinTalk
Username on Rollbit: [Beveren71]
Date of incident: August 2026
Disputed amount: [ 1533 USDT ]
Description of the issue:
Hello community. I am opening a dispute against Rollbit. My withdrawal request was blocked. The support team accuses me of having "other accounts," which is absolutely false. I have only ONE account on Rollbit and have never created any alternative ones.
I used a VPN purely for a stable connection, which might have triggered their automated security system due to shared IP addresses. I am a 100% honest and unique user.
On August 3rd, I sent an appeal to compliance@rollbit.com. Yesterday, I contacted their Senior Support team in chat, and today I received a final rejection stating: "After further review we have come to the conclusion that you are still not honest with us, hence we consider this matter closed." They refused to check my evidence and told me to talk to their legal team.
My actions to solve this:
To prove my honesty, I have already recorded and sent a full video-KYC to their compliance mail. In this video, I hold my passport next to my face, state the date, my username, and without cutting the video, I show the screen of my personal crypto-wallet proving ownership of the depositing address.
Rollbit is holding my legitimate funds without giving me a chance to pass an official live video verification. I request the Rollbit representative here on Bitcointalk to review my case manually and unlock my balance. I am ready to provide all proof hashes to the forum moderators if needed.

When they replied you this "After further review we have come to the conclusion that you are still not honest with us, hence we consider this matter closed.", was it after you sent them a full video-KYC to their compliance mail?
Also when they said that you can contact their legal team, have you done it yet? If yes, what is the response?
This is n evidence based case which might need the help of third party mediators such as Casinoguru or Askgambers.

"other accounts,"

Different day, same message from rollbit. I mean do they actually use this for every player accusation? Is this their go to draft. Name your other accounts before we can proceed has been quoted at least 20 times already in this section, several times the account later got reopened because they "made a mistake", yeah right. At some point you can't believe these people anymore since this seems to be a common occurrence by now. Whatever the player might have done wrong, first of all he should tell them about his "other accounts".

Sooner or later I would say this becomes red tag worthy if this nonsense keeps going. Sure, they may or may not have solid grounds on this case, you never know. But history has proven that in MANY cases like this players have been accused for no reason.

No, that rejection and the accusations of being 'dishonest' actually came from the regular customer support. Following that, I didn't back down and sent my full video-KYC directly to both their compliance departmentand their legal team.

As of right now, compliance and legal are still reviewing my video, and they haven't issued a final decision yet. If the upper management also refuses or denies it, I will immediately open public complaints on CasinoGuru and AskGamblers. I have all the rock-solid evidence and the original video file on hand, so the casino won't be able to just hide behind standard support scripts."

I am pretty sure their system flags your account due to VPN uses. Have you read their VPN terms or have given them prior notice before using a VPN? The amount isn’t much bigger for the casino, although it is bigger for us. Definitely they found something suspicious on your account. All the victims here claimed them honest; the forum can’t determine that.

However, their representative who created the announcement thread seems inactive since January. It’s their official account, so I don’t think they will come here to solve your issues. Please raise concerns with mediators who help users to resolve issues, like AskGambler and Casino Guru. Otherwise, you have to wait here if any user has direct contact with Rollbit.

Escalating to CG and/or AG won't help. I mean, not even escalating to ContestHunters [in a sense that I have direct contact with Razer himself, rather than trying to convey we're better than CG or AG] will help.

Rollbit funneled all complaints into their compliance desk, and will refrain from anwering and explaining to other platforms, ADR or discussion.

The use of VPN is prohibited fully by a number of casinos, but If a player isn't taking any deposit bonus or any bonuses all together, I wonder the edge they have over casinos other than the ability to bet more than the limit, and which that technically means tendency to lose more, but it always becomes super convenient for casino to just claim you have other accounts, while not even stating (If true) that they said user is abusing a bonus which would mean literally stealing from the casino. Moreso, why should they ask for KYC and then a user fully complied, passes the verification process but still wouldn't be enough to get them to overturn their decision, it's quite sad, honestly!

Scam is not moderated here and moderators has no power to recover your lost funds. However you made mention of using VPN and I would want to ask if truly the gambling site do permit the use of VPN to access their website?
Or do you try to use a public network where maybe others might have signed up for that same gambling site.? To be honest, rollbit has been long here and there cases are a bit less here unlike other casinos that do scam people.

Rollbit does not permit using a VPN to bypass its location restrictions.

Rollbit’s terms say users must not use the service from jurisdictions where online betting/casino activity is prohibited.

As you can see in the above image, there are some countries that had been restricted by Rollbit from using their casino. So if the OP is using a VPN it means he or she is trying to bypass its location restrictions and when you want to do that using VPN It may cause you some problems with account verification, withdrawals, or account access.

The OP may have used VPN to bypass its location restrictions or if his or her country is not restricted he may have used the location that is restricted by Rollbit in his or her VPN.

The OP is to be blamed not Rollbit. Because according to the OPs statement and I quote “I used a VPN purely for a stable connection” Rollbit has no business with why you decided to use VPN, as long as you went against their rules or terms, your account may be blocked.

Sorry but this is just the truth, the OP is at fault.
