SCAM ACCUSATION: dedprz.com confiscated settled winnings

Hello Bitcointalk community,

I am creating this thread to document my experience with dedprz.com and their handling of my account balance.

Timeline:

I registered an account at dedprz.com.

I deposited funds and placed sportsbook bets.

My bets were accepted by their system and provided by their sportsbook provider.

The bets were completed and officially settled as WIN.

I requested a withdrawal.

After the withdrawal request, my balance was reduced and the winnings from already settled bets disappeared.

The betting history was not properly recalculated, and no clear explanation was provided.

After contacting support, I received the following explanation:

"Our sportsbook provider informed us that you placed your initial bets only on weak markets in low-level events. As a result, they have completely limited your account and no longer allow any further play in the sportsbook."

They informed me that I can only withdraw my original deposited amount and that my account will be closed.

Why I believe this is unfair:

The issue is not account limitation.

A bookmaker has the right to limit future betting activity.

The issue is that dedprz.com removed winnings from bets that were already:

accepted;
completed;
settled as WIN.

A sportsbook limitation should not automatically give a bookmaker the right to void or reverse already settled winning bets.

They did not provide any evidence that these bets had incorrect results, incorrect odds, technical errors, or any other issue affecting the settlement.

The only explanation provided was that my betting activity was considered "weak markets in low-level events".

Evidence of contradictory behavior:

I also have another case with the same bookmaker where a losing bet was refunded.

Bet details:

Event: Playford City vs Adelaide United FC
Market: Both teams to score - Yes
Result: Losing bet
Settlement: REFUND

The bookmaker refunded this bet after their provider identified an issue with the event (incorrect match duration according to the provider's decision).

Screenshot attached.

This creates a serious contradiction:

When a provider issue affected a losing bet → the bookmaker refunded the customer.
When already settled winning bets benefited the customer → the bookmaker removed the winnings after a withdrawal request.

The same provider rules appear to be applied differently depending on the outcome of the bet.

Questions to dedprz.com:
Which exact Terms & Conditions clause allows you to void or reverse already settled winning bets?
Why were these bets accepted and settled as WIN if they were supposedly not valid?
What specific rule did my bets violate?
Why was a losing bet refunded but winning bets were removed?

I request dedprz.com to provide a public explanation and the exact rule they used to remove my winnings.

Evidence:
Screenshot of refunded losing bet.
Screenshot of chat logs where support confirms the reason for removing winnings.
Bet settlement history.
Balance changes after withdrawal request.

This situation raises an important question for all users:

Does this mean that customers are only allowed to place bets on major live events with high liquidity?

If a customer places a bet on a lower-level event or a less popular market, and the bet wins, can the bookmaker simply remove the winnings afterwards by saying that the market was "weak"?

If this is the policy of dedprz.com, users should be clearly informed before placing bets that winning bets on certain markets may not be honored.

A bookmaker cannot accept bets, settle them as WIN, and only after a withdrawal request decide that the market was not acceptable.

I advise users to be cautious until this situation is clarified.

So, another complaint against a sportsbook with Betby provider. I'm quoting the only image here which states the reason behind winning confiscation.

The reason is quite surprising, and I would like to consider it as an unacceptable reason for confiscating the winnings. We have recently seen some cases against a different sportsbook where the mentioned reason was 'weak lines' for fund confiscation. But Dedprz is saying something different here. They should have allowed you to withdraw your winnings if there was no other reason except placing initial bets on weak market in low-level events. Your bet amount was small.

And I can see a good gesture from the Dedprz team that they had voided and refunded a losing bet of yours, because it was listed with incorrect match duration.

At first glance, I would agree with the player. If what we have been told here is the whole story and they don't have reasons to believe there is an issue with the integrity of the match he bet on (match fixing, etc.), the bet should be settled as a win. Why would a bookie offer betting options on such leagues if there can be problems like betting fraud or whatever?

A question for the OP. A match from Myanmar's U20 league, really? Are you from Myanmar or live close by?

This is an argument I've heard for the first time. Casinos usually use "multiple accounts, cheating, arbitrage" as reasons for not paying out when they realize a customer has won. But using the argument that you bet on a weak market in low-level events is absurd. Why did they offer that market if they didn't want to pay out if someone won? It doesn't make sense. This is their Ann thread:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5584103.260

They have several accusations against them, and I believe you must have already seen them:

Before creating an account at any casino, do your research. It costs nothing to spend time researching the casino. File a complaint against them here:

After visiting their announcement thread, I noticed presence of many newbie accounts at that thread and I think those're accounts are either controlled by the OP of the thread or they're getting paid to post in that announcement thread. That activity alone shows that the casino could be a risky one, and to be fully honest, from the name of the casino I can predict that it isn't chosen by professional. It's always wise to choose genuine casinos rather than trusting any casino with your money.

No, I am not from Myanmar and I do not live nearby.

At that time, there were very few live events available, so the choice of matches and markets was limited. My bets were not placed only on Myanmar events either. I also placed bets on events from other countries and competitions.

I had no connection to the teams, players, league, or match officials, and I had no inside information. If this had really been a fixed match and I had possessed reliable inside information, it would make little sense to place only a $23 bet logically, the amount would have been much larger.

I simply selected one of the live events openly offered by the bookmaker. The bookmaker accepted the bet without any warning, settled it as a win, and only after I requested a withdrawal they removed the winnings from my balance.Their support did not accuse me of match-fixing or insider betting. Their only explanation was that I had bet on “weak markets in low-level events.”
Weak markets could mean events that don't see a lot of betting and liquidity, so wagers on one side could easily shift the odds in one direction. At least that's how I understand it. It's not an explanation I have seen used before.

In your OP you said that they informed you "that you placed your initial bets only on weak markets in low-level events." Bets as in plural. How many bets were there? Did you bet on any matches and leagues that the bookie wouldn't classify as a "low-level event?" I am just trying to get a feel on your betting history. Maybe you can add a screenshot to the OP showing all your other bets besides the Myanmar match.
