Hello,

What happened: 
I have a problem with Shuffle.com . I created an account at Shuffle.com, I made some deposits, and withdraws, no problem - deposits (https://ibb.co/b5Qk9m45) and withdraws (https://ibb.co/9k9h2xFk). Until last 2 withdraws, was no problem, withdraws instant that was a + for Shuffle.com

He ask me KYC verification, send ID, proof of address, all was good - https://ibb.co/HZkW2Vx

I send a message at Support, and Shuffle said me that need manual review for another team. My question, is so long time to check all docs, that was approved already? Tomorrow will be one week, I have ask for verification and other sites like Stake.com, but KYC verification was 2 days... not one week, and this is message from support: "Please allow some time for our KYC compliance team to manually review the documents you have submitted. We are unable to provide an exact estimate for when this process will be completed; however, we will reach out to you once this has been completed or if we require any additional information."

IÂm asking you: is it normal to wait this long? I don't want to make unfair accusationsÂperhaps I'll receive the money? Is there a representative on this forum?

The matter has been brought to my contact's attention, they asked you to wait a little while as investigation of sports integrity is being conducted by their provider. Rest assured that if you do nothing wrong and/or did not exploit the bets with any prohibited technique, most likely than not, your withdrawal will be processed after investigation concluded.

Very surprising they are asking this over such an amount as proof of funds is used rarely for big deposits or big wins cases.

Do you mind sharing what bets you placed on shuffle ? I know some people have faced same issue but it was for lager amounts and stopped at liveness check. First time seeing shuffle demand proof of funds

I am replying here to avoid double post as you sent me roughly similar content on PM. My advise is still to wait, especially as --if I understand correctly-- you've sent SoW level evidence to their team, so there isn't much we can do but wait.

If you haven't send your bank statements, though, kindly inform me and I'll inquire my contact why such high level KYC is required for small amount.

I will share when I will home, is some bets on sports betting, around 200$-300$ to win same amount, around odds 2.00-2.50. But I don't understand the issue regarding the source of funds; the amount deposited is around $400, too small for such a check.

You made a deposit, played, and won, but it became strange with increasingly small deposits on the same day and many withdrawals on the same day in short intervals.

I believe they've already realized you made a lot of profit and are investigating your account to find something, or they don't want you playing with them anymore so you don't continue winning and they lose.

Yes, as per explained by my contact on Shuffle, that I conveyed, the account is currently undergoing sportsbetting integrity check by their provider. So Shuffle themselves are also waiting and can only wait until their provider concluded their investigation.

I've nudged them again, to see if any major development occured.
