The withdraws are sent out manually by the administrator. I contacted support and I was told that even they can't do anything about it as the withdrawls are being processed only with the approval of the administrator.Hi Stunna,

So you better wait for Stunna to come online and manually approve your tx
What they're probably doing is waiting for a larger number of cashouts, and combing them into one transaction to save on tx size and fees.
Probably the right thing to do with these enormous fees these days.
Which is fine by me, just put a little note on the withdrawal page to say and all is good in my eyes.

if there was an option to include the fees of your choice,especially seeing how 20k satoshi fees transactions stay pending for weeks now

This is a problem for all Bitcoin businesses these days. Processing transactions with BTC is a nightmare especially anything under $100 is almost pointless because most of it gets eaten by fees.
It is sad and hope there will be a Lightning Network soon (actually it already exists just not popular yet) to stop this fee madness.
