I have no doubt in any casino reaching or achieving such height but like you said that's with the exception of nothing actually going wrong and by going wrong I can simple issues that customer service can attend to but choose to blindly neglect it which has been the major downfall of many casino, I believe that's the same issue one of the biggest casino here now faced before carefully reconstructing that area of their service @bc.game.

What is also interesting is that you can access the page without any problems. For me, it's exactly the opposite. I can open the X account without any problems, but I can't play on 1Win without a VPN because online gambling is generally not allowed in my country.

I would not trust the reviews at trust pilot as people can easily give bad feedbacks without any evidences and also i know some projects who get paid reviews at trust pilot. Another one is the casino rating sites, but it should be those trusted ones like Askgamblers, Casinogurus and CasinoCritique I fully agree with the scam section of Bitcointalk because its been proven to weed out the true and the bad complaints, and so far there is no complaint on 1Win if the support team can properly address the issues.
We have to accept the fact that there will always be sore losers who will try to get even on casinos because they think they were cheated. These people cannot provide proofs because their proofs are fake or will not stand under scrutiny.

Before lots of people give bigger weights on those reviews given by those site. But now I guess they somehow lose their credibility especially for giving some good ratings on those well known scam casinos. That's why usually I only go in this forum when trying to verify the reputation of the casino since here we provably would know that the feedback we receive is legitimately came from real people and not made up by bots.

So far this casino is doing good and didn't see legitimate individual posting some issue or other concerns here. But hopefully they will not act the same those with those old reputable casino which turn to be a scam since this will be a huge lose for them especially if they plan to continue since people will lose their trust and will criticize them the same with other known scam casino.
