⚠️ WARNING — Rollhub.com (formerly Blackjack.fun) ⚠️

I’m posting this to warn others about my current experience with Rollhub.com, formerly known as Blackjack.fun.

On September 3, 2026, the website experienced an outage/update. Since then, my withdrawal has been stuck on “Pending” for more than 4 days.

Before the outage, withdrawals were usually completed in less than 5 minutes. Now, several days have passed with no withdrawal being processed and, most importantly, no proper response from their support team.

I have contacted them by email and live chat, but I have not received a meaningful response regarding my pending withdrawal.

This situation is extremely concerning. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before depositing any money into Rollhub.com until the withdrawal issues are resolved and users can confirm that withdrawals are being processed normally again.

I’m sharing this because I don’t want other users to end up in the same situation, with their funds stuck in a pending withdrawal and no clear communication from support.

If you currently have funds on Rollhub.com, I recommend being very cautious and checking your withdrawal status before making any additional deposits.

I hope Rollhub.com addresses this situation, responds to affected users, and processes the pending withdrawals as soon as possible.

Though, I would not be surprised if this thread of yours was moved to a different place on the forum, specifically on the scam accusation section of the forum.

Also, if I recall correctly, Blackjack had some serious allegations on them, including not seem to be willing to pay their jackpot winners.

If I am correct, was not Blackjack the casino which decided to move their operations to a completely different country in order to avoid paying money which was due to a lucky winner on their casino?

You should post this on the scam accusation thread especially with all the relvant proofs etc

Would you mind sharing the conversation you've had with them? When you say "no proper response", are you saying that they didn't respond, or that their response was unhelpful?

After searching for a bit, I don't think Rollhub(specifically) have an announcement thread here, so no one from their team can be contacted from here. Anyway, have you tried posting a complaint against them on casino.guru or askgamblers? I checked casino.guru, and Rollhub is listed there, as for askgamblers, I can't find them there.

I wasn’t really sure where I was supposed to post this. I posted it here because this is the same section/page where they had originally redirected us, so I thought the right thing to do was to create a new topic in the same place.

Regarding the domain/name change, I’m not 100% sure about all the details, so I don’t want to state something as a fact if I can’t confirm it. What I do remember is that they told me before that it was a different company with a new team.

That’s why I mentioned it, but I’m happy to clarify that I’m not claiming to know for certain that the company or ownership actually changed.

After my withdrawal request had been pending for around 4 hours, I contacted them through the live chat and told them that the withdrawal was still pending, even though normally it only takes a few minutes.

They told me they would forward the issue to the relevant team to investigate it. The following day, I contacted them again and was told that the team was still looking into it and that they would get back to me as soon as they had any update.

A short while later, I noticed that the live chat button on the website was no longer working, so I emailed them directly using the same email address I had previously been communicating with. In that email, I followed up on the withdrawal issue and also mentioned the new problem with the live chat not working.

They replied almost immediately asking what the issue with the chat was and whether I could send them a screenshot so they could understand the problem. I sent the information, but then I received no further response.

After three days, I emailed them again saying that this was taking far too long. They replied that I would receive the money “shortly”.

It has now been more than 24 hours since that email, and I still haven’t received the withdrawal or any further update.

So when I said “no meaningful response”, I meant that although they have replied to some of my messages, I haven’t received any actual explanation for the delay or a clear update on when the withdrawal will be processed. The only concrete response I received was that I would receive the money “shortly”, but more than 24 hours have passed since then.

Yeah, I know Blackjack.fun has an announcement thread, but I was talking more about an announcement thread that has a "Rollhub" name on it. But then again, after looking at Blackjack.fun's thread, they did announce there about their rebranding.

Maybe give it a few more days. From what I've seen over the years, when a casino says something like "shortly" or something similar to that, it could still take a day or more.

Blackjack.fun had its signature campaign that was run several times and totally run many weeks.
blackjack.fun account has good reputation till now, all trust feedbacks are green.

The account made a last post for announcement of rebranding to Rollhub.com and very last posts in that thread discussed mainly about the BJF token, nothing else about reputation of the casino.

About Rollhub, there is another accusation months ago.
Rollhub (ex Blackjack.fun) refusing to pay the full winnings. The answer from Rollhub Laura.

It's good to read your updating post on your issue which was resolved by Rollhub.

Now, case was resolved, this accusation was resolved, and I recommend you to change the topic title to something announcing this update.
Like changing it from current title
