Hello!

Most exchange services have an AML policy. If you are a conscientious user and send funds from ÂcleanÂ sources, you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

However, funds that fall into the high-risk zone Â for example, those associated with darknet marketplaces, stolen coins, and other similar categories Â cannot be processed. In such cases, only a refund with a deduction is possible.

This is because accepting such funds can lead to blockages by exchanges and additional costs that the service is forced to cover.
