Scam Reports Winna.com Active 43 views View on BitcoinTalk
I’ve been a longtime player and supporter of Winna, almost since day one (January 2025). Since December 2025, I’ve noticed a steady decline in reliability as the platform grew in popularity.

Lately, too many issues raised without being properly resolved, and after waiting over 80 days on some of them, my patience is running out. Even communication has changed significantly. Where my VIP host used to respond within minutes, messages are now ignored entirely, despite i've always been nice and never been hostile or anything to them.

Issue 1: Plinko odds / probability model
Between Dec 17, 2025 and Mar 10, 2026, Winna Plinko used altered probability tables instead of a standard binomial distribution, significantly reducing the chance of hitting top multipliers while reducing RTP to around ~98%, despite originals being advertised at 99% RTP.

For me, this resulted in ~22,768 High Risk (16-row) bets with an estimated missed value of around $4,366. Had I known the actual probability model differed, I would not have played Plinko there and would have chosen another casino instead.

I had a similar issue last year on Rainbet Dice involving a much larger amount, and Rainbet investigated and fully compensated me within 2 days.

In this case, Winna support confirmed the issue was forwarded to the tech team, but after 80+ days there is still no meaningful update. They only request me to be patient.
Update: Bennett denies that plinko was advertised as 99% RTP and claims that Plinko was advertised as 98% RTP during that period. However, that directly contradicts the facts: Winna themselves sent out an email acknowledging that an error had caused the RTP to be lower than intended and the other co-owner (Paul) publicly admitted the issue as well. They also compensated some of the larger players while smaller players like myself were left behind.

Estimated Loss: 4,4K usd

Issue 2: Missing nonces / provably fair history
While checking Winna’s provably fair system, I noticed a large range of nonces missing from my casino history. According to the checker, nonce 81863 would have resulted in a 1000x hit.

The provably fair seed is shared across original games, but during this period I only played Plinko.

The last visible bet in my history is nonce 80433, followed by the next visible one at nonce 84534, leaving a large unexplained gap. There are no other games / originals inbetween. It straight up jumps 4K nonces!
I requested the specific betslip tied to the 1000X, but after 80 days it still hasn’t been provided. I’m repeatedly told to “be patient,” but there is still no resolution or data shared.

Estimated loss: 10K uSD

Issue 3: Spring Slot Selection promo
The outcome of the Spring Slot Selection promo on Winna is not correct.

Winna claims there were 161 valid 1000x winners, but this does not match publicly available data. Based on checks of the “Luckiest Wins” pages on winna.com, as well as other publicly available sources (including the top multipliers on the selected slots available on fairgambling.com), there were only 18 true 1000x base-spin wins that meet the stated conditions (all public available data sources match eachother perfectly).

After users questioned the discrepancy (161 winners versus only 18 listed) once the promotion had already ended, the terms and conditions were updated to state that the €25,000 prize pool was shared across multiple casinos. However, Winna has refused to disclose which other casinos allegedly participated in the promotion. This explanation is also difficult to believe, given that the eligible games came from multiple providers, including Slotmill, Hacksaw Gaming, and Booming Games,... . It seems highly unlikely that several independent game providers would coordinate a single promotion spanning multiple casinos without any transparency about the participating operators.

Estimated loss 1,2K usd

End note:

At this point, I may be burning bridges with Winna by posting this, but I still hope they will do the right thing and correct these issues. After 80 days without a clear resolution, I’m starting to think I may have been naïve in expecting one, and it feels more important now to at least make others aware.

Bennett has replied very briefly to my issues after weeks of trying, about 1 month ago. But his response just doesn't align with the available facts. Since then i've been completely ignored.

Bennett response:

Quoting for image visibility.

I personally have not been a fan of the casino ever since another thread mentioned their originals and how they weren't fair or working correctly. Supposedly they had been fixed since then. Playing there I don't exactly feel like it's any better so I have stopped using the casino.

Curious to hear their explanation to your claims.

I don't know how to defend OP or support the casino either, but I will say this from a neutral ground, andwhat I see them trying to do is to avoid public missinterpretation or misrepresentation, I understand for crying out loud that a casino will not want its user to be given Force information about them to the public for wrong impression, but in this your case, but I don't think blocking could also solve the problem than to make it more complicated because you will find every means to also discuss it on different platform what you experience from them.

They won't respond. They chose to ignore / block instead of solving issues.

I'm ignored on telegram for months.

Just found out I'm blocked on twitter.

My support tickets get insta closed.

There are not many things we can do from the forum's end except advise you. Have you tried to raise concern with the mediators? Because the forum isn't a mediator, it's just shared with the community; sometimes casinos reply here, but most of the time they ignore allegations here. On the other hand, even casinos reply here, but they don't provide any evidence here publicly due to security reasons.

Your case is quite complicated; it seems they are blocking you from social media since you made sounds there. So I will advise that if you haven't raised complaints with mediators, they might investigate the case, and also the casino would comply with them. Try your luck there; hopefully you will get an outcome from there.

I agree.

And honestly, I understand that mistakes happen. They don't even have to admit they did anything wrong. All I wanted was for them to address the issue properly.

I gave them plenty of opportunities to resolve this privately, I first raised this public after 50 days I think cause I saw no other option. I'm not a difficult person to deal with, but for weeks I was repeatedly told to "be patient." In the end, they simply closed all of my support tickets without any explanation or feedback. I was basically just being strung along.

I realize I'm not a high-roller, but I played there every day and deposited over $250,000 in total. You'd think that level of loyalty would count for something, but apparently it didn't.

I've also filed a complaint with their regulator, Tobique. Winna responded within the required timeframe, saying they would look into it, but that was about a month ago. Since then, I've received no updates whatsoever.

At this point, I don't think they're interested in resolving my concerns anymore. All I can do now is raise awareness and hope others don't have to go through the same experience.

If my negative experience serves as a warning for other players, then at least something positive will come from it.

Unfortunately loyalty or legacy deposit and losses doesn't count anything in the online casino business. Once they sucked you dry you have no purpose for them. In the past a VIP level meant something but nowadays it's just some gimmick they throw around to make people feel better with supposedly higher rewards and so on. We all know that's nonsense, VIP is just a phrase, not a privilege. It means nothing, not on winna, not on stake, not anywhere.

I doubt your case will get settled. They have done so much shit the past months, this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Winna always felt like a shady scam casino to me,glad i never tried it!!

Havent done full research on your claims OP but they do look sensible on first glance
I doubt winna will do anything or even respond to this, but gl to you!

I agree with The Cryptovator, if you haven't raised complaints on mediator websites, then try it. I checked them on casino.guru, and they have pretty high ratings there(9.3/10, so if you post a complaint there against their casino, they might be forced to make a response there and address the issue in order to protect the ratings they have there.

I filed my complaint about Winna with casino Guru and somehow they say they are not authorized to investigate RTP and Promotional related issues, which sounds weird to me. They didn't even label my complaint as rejected, they simply removed it... Strange stuff

I can see that you've raised your complaint [I assume after CG rejected it] to CH, https://contesthunters.com/disputes/14 I'll try to invite Shuffle to answer there and let's stay there for the time being and see if we can get it resolved there, and then update the situation here, as it will rather be exhausting for me to update two simultaneous platform for one exact same case.

They actually don't handle all sorts of complaints, and your type of complaint might be one of them. Maybe they think they are not competent enough to look into it for a fair resolution. Nothing weird with that so it's best to look for an alternative that can handle your type of complaint

I guess you wanted to say Winna? Even on the dispute, you talked of inviting Shuffle. Perhaps an error.

Yea, I made a mistake and mixed both cases because I was thinking the name of my Shuffle contact the whole time reading this thread, and as I proceed deeper with the narrative, "Nudge xxx, nudge xxx and explain that blablabla, get xxx to handle this first, then this, then this", and I was thinking about the whole different contact, xxx intead of yyy, and literally nudged Shuffle, lol.

Sorry for that. Let me try to nudge winna for this
