Reading all of this stuff recently makes me relieved I never followed through with my VIP transfer on this site. Got my VIP level boosted to platinum 6 and got some promises from them on telegram. Still I had a bad feeling about this site and never bothered to deposit even the smallest amount.

Yes, so when boosted, all rewards and perks are as of a "Platinum 6" player. This includes a VIP Host, and higher percentages of all rewards as compared to a Silver player for example.
Although, the actual level up rewards, Bronze 1, Bronze 2, etc etc are given once the real wager is reached. There are a few reasons for this;
1. A lot of players prefer to level up naturally and would rather not miss out on any level up rewards, so we created a system whereby level up rewards are never missed & rewards are increased to beat competitors.
2. We have Milestone Rewards (First players to reach certain ranks are rewarded with exclusive items, Lamborghini's etc). Boosting players to Diamond would feel unfair to players which levelled from $0. Therefore the Milestone reward is based on Real Rank
3. Prior to this new system, a lot of users would come to us, ask for a VIP rank & take a cash bonus and never return. In order to lock in the "loyalty" perks of these ranks, there must be some loyalty shown, therefore there is a target. All VIP programs are loyalty based, essentially play with us more often and get more rewards.

few mins ago, I received an email from them saying they are closing my account for T & C Breach and hence my funds wont be paid out. i was banned and cant login anymore.

kyc verification is for a reason. if you suspect any other account to be me ask them to kyc and if they fail you close them. don't use other people's offense to punish me instead of punishing them directly. you asked me for kyc which was the most rigorous kyc I ever made since I started gambling and you still went ahead to close my account with my winnings inside, after completing the rigorous kyc verification.
your terms said you will refund the deposited amount but you didn't do that. you took my deposit and my winnings together.
if you suspect an account to be multiple, u kyc them or close them. that is the reason for kyc.
i passed that even when it was done in a way that they wanted me to fail and use that as a reason to confiscate my funds.
when that didn't work, you just went ahead to close my account.
when I deposited and lost my deposit you didn't know it was multi or duplicate account to close it? you should have banned it when I never made a deposit. after losing it took me days to win it back and that is when you came up with the idea of banning my account.
if I had deposited another 5k USD and lost you wont have banned me or done anything. immediately I won something little is when you came up with a reason to ban my account.
please return my money. that's a loan I took and I wont let it go. you can ban me for playing in your casino if you are not ok with me but I need my money. thanks
