Without knowing what was really up with the match in question I guess it's fair to assume if he match was indeed flagged, a different site would have voided it as well. And well, it wasn't.

I have accounts at countless places and in the past also made bets on the same game/result but on different sites, may it be due to limits, better odds or whatever. And I have never encountered any problem with it.

Anyway, like I said it's hard to tell what was wrong with the match in question, fixed or not, but the explanation is kind of sus.

And by the way, I wonder what happened to bets that were placed on the other player. Were those cancelled as well or just graded as a loss. Obviously we will never find out, only if someone here would also bet on that exact game but the opposite site. Dude my first 2 bets were at 1.91 odds and than at live i done 2 more at 2.40 odds and they are saying I've been creating accounts at multiple sites to place bets on this game which is insane.

Not only they scam me but they make me look like fraudster. They saying that " I created a lot of accounts in many sites- to bet on that event"  Like you said its Only their provider who cancelled it which is really scammy. How come the bet was not being cancelled while my player was loosing and I was allowed to bet more, but once he started winning they voided it immediately. I've been gambling with crypto for many years + irl bookies, I never had an issue before but in this site.
I was a regular Razed player, doing both casino and sports daily in their site. They doing this to me for such an amount is insane.

A gambling platform can partner with a game provider for games and in some cases, they will need technical support and investigation from their partners, game providers for in-depth investigation on fraud activities with games from game providers.

I don't quickly say you are wrong, cheating and the likes but your accusation against them need to be assessed in more details and sometimes you will need a third party mediator. A platform is not allowed to share user information publicly like in this forum because it's in their ToS to protect privacy and personal information of their customers.

Cheating, fraud activities can be detected immediately or can be detected with time especially with some triggers like big wins, long win streak, big withdrawal request.

We understand your frustrations, although please allow us to shed some light on the situation. We do not appreciate being called a scam casino, when we have done all we can to cater for you. The bets that you placed were placed on incorrect odds (Incorrect by a mile) and therefore our 3rd party sportsbook cancelled the bets, as is within their right. Yes, I am the founder, although the VIP team handled the below case with the 3rd party providers advise.

Let me provide context to your accusation above.

03/11/2024 - You placed 4 live bets of which were cancelled due to incorrect odds by our sportsbook providers risk management team.

Below is the exact message that our Sportsbook provider sent us, and the message that we forwarded to you directly:

"Reason for cancellation: Incorrect odds.

Bets placed:
2464680158582412176 and 2464680354011820388  [3rd quarter] 07:32
2464686004846596292 and 2464686004846596600 [4th quarter] 12:15

Colorado State Rams total (incl. overtime) over 30.5 - 1.8, when score was 7-28, the other sites even weren't showing odds for this outcome, because it's about 1.00001.
Total (incl. overtime) over 41 with odds - 2.0 when score was 7-28, but for example bet365 had on total over 41.5 - 1.05.

Summary: Bets placed had incorrect odds by provider.

As per terms and conditions:

6.4. The Sportsbook platform reserves the right to declare the bets (or a part of them) void (payments are made with the odds «1») or to suspend payments until the end of trial (including judicial) in one of the following cases:

 6.4.3. If there are traces of unfair practices being used (bets made in fraudulent manner, obviously “bad”odds” (e.g. obviously incorrect odds), switched odds);

 6.5. If there is an obvious error in the odds or limit of the market, Bets (placed on odds with an obvious error or exceeding the limit of the market) on that market may be void. If for any reason a bet is accepted after an Event has started (other than clearly indicated Live In-Play betting) Bets will have action unless a material advantage has been gained by the End User. The Sportsbook reserves the right to void the Bet if it was determined that an unfair advantage has been gained."

We apologised for any inconvinience caused, although the provider is well within their right to cancel these bets as the terms state.

Again, it is very unfortunate that we must be placed between sports provider and player - although we must adhere to the provider and their Risk Management team. This further highlights to us how difficult it can be to find a correct balance between Risk Management advise and fair play. This is something we are endlessly trying to improve. It is unfortunately quite a tough situation as the odds were out by such a long shot, meaning the events were essentially guaranteed whilst the payout was many multiples larger than it should have been. A smaller variation of odds would have resulted in a good will payout.

The true odds as stated above were 1.00001 and 1.05 respectively.

Furthermore, we understand your frustration and it is extremely upsetting that it has come to this as this is something well out of our control. We have closed your account due to comments and threats made by yourself, which is troubling considering that we have gone the extra mile for you on many occassions, including a very elaborate personal bonus scheme which has resulted in well over 100% of your losses being given back in bonus, thus putting your net position well into the green. You have lost $11,000 betting on Razed, although with the total bonus, you are in profit $12,000, highlighting the generosity we have given.

We paid out all outstanding rewards which is something that we did to attempt to make things a little better. We paid out your daily reloads, weekly bonus and monthly bonus early.
Furthermore, just a day previously, the team paid you out a wager target which you fell short on in good will. You agreed to an $833k sports wager target in exchange for a large bonus, you reached $500k~ then completed the target by using Dice, this was because you missed the target and it was hours from expiry. We still agreed to pay out 80% of the target.
