I am in a country where casinos are blocked too but I don't like the idea of using a VPN. If they care about privacy, want to use VPN, but choose IP address from their nation, it's possible and it's not break their privacy, when register their account. After that, they can do KYC and continue to use their account with VPN. Very few people actually do it and mostly VPN is used to cheat casinos and cheaters are targets of casinos to break down such fraudulent activities that surely are not allowed by ToS.

If the casino ask for KYC and passed it with flying colors so for sure they have all the pertinent info and so they know that person already. That's why if you go this kind of effort yourself and was approved then what is the used of VPN?
So I do agree, doesn't make sense to use VPN, maybe those who are using it hasn't passed their info yet or their acount hasn't been flagged of any misuse that's why they can still play with VPN around.
