Scam Reports Primetimesportsbook.us Active 3 views View on BitcoinTalk
Hello everyone

Primetimesportsbook.us (skin of fullstarsportsbook.com) just kicked me out of my account, with the reason being "sharp action". They changed my password, so I cant even login. Apparently my remaining balance (~`4500$) is "under review" at the moment.

Screenshot of the message is posted right here:

https://imgur.com/a/gKM87gz

They're basically insinuating that being a good bettor is against TOC now. Lolz. 95% of my bets have been on UFC & high level tennis (ATP/WTA), havent placed one single bet on a potentially dubious market.

At first I wanted to wait a few days until they get back to me but then a friend sent me some reviews from trustpilot with people claiming to have gone through the literally exact same thing as me.

Want to make everyone aware of this and hope that maybe some well connected members in here could help me get my money back.

Best regards

Unable to view the screenshot you share because Imgur is trying to force me to turn off my ad blocker, which I am not about to do. Consider using other much-better image hosting websites like -

It appears sportsbook in question has no presence in the forum. I checked the trustpilot reviews and it appears they have been doing the same to so many other people as soon as you win. Consider it a complete scam.

I confess I'm shocked by all this I'm seeing. They changed your password, they don't want to pay you. I suppose you made a deposit and won a lot, withdrew it in parts, and when you wanted to withdraw the rest, they got angry and decided to confiscate your money using this "SHARP action" excuse. Could you tell us how much you deposited? How much you won? How much you managed to withdraw?

It's ironic that they put this on their website:

They wrote this just to deceive people, and they do exactly what's described in those points. I imagine those scammers won't pay you back the money that's left in your account. I hope that at least you didn't suffer any losses while you used that site, and next time use reliable sites. In April they had 12 scam accusations against them, the following month (May) they had 5 scam accusations against them. In June and July they probably paid people or they themselves created many accounts on Trustpilot to leave positive comments about their site. I believe this led Trustpilot to place this warning:

We are probably dealing with big scammers who specialize in manipulating people. Unfortunately, your money that is being held on the site will not be released.

Ive deposited about 3k and got out about the same as well in total, probably a few hundred more. Ive had some absolutely ridiculous issue with these guys regarding withdrawals in the short past but after a bit they actually came towards me in good faith it seemed. Looked like that "good faith" disappeared real fast when they realized I'm a winner. Which is a travesty, cuz the book in itself is fantastic.

They referred you to their terms but there's no mention of "sharp" or "action" in it, this means they came up with a non existent reason to steal your money from you. You can follow their resolution advice in their ToS:
Quote
11. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, contact our support team first. We will investigate and respond within 14 days. If unresolved, you may escalate to our licensing authority or an approved alternative dispute resolution service.
They do not look reputable and arr unlikely to abide by any decision a mediator comes up with but it may put some pressure on them.

NGL, the way Primetimesportsbook is holding your money on pretext of Sharp Action is absolutely ridiculous!

It's probably part of bookies normal risk management to reduce or restrict your winning if you win big. But they can't just freeze your balance and say there's no more info to give from our side, wtf! That's pure scammy behavior.

If I can win by placing good bet on my own or beat closing line and win, that's not fraud. I won because I have good betting sense! LMAO, since when did winning fairly become a valid excuse to withhold someone's money?

They don't have any activity on forum, so you won't get any help from here. But thank you for letting us know. Better you can file a complaint on Contesthunters and Trustpilot, maybe they'll want to resolve it in future.

That in good faith of allowing you to withdraw must be a way to gain your trust so that you'd deposit more. And them restricting your account for having a sharp action needs to be specific although most of the bookies won't really tell the action but there's a need for a clarification what actually happened. Anyway, I always wonder why many of these unfamiliar casinos are also being played by some gamblers when their reputation can be searched, not blaming you op. To be frank, I think that it's going to an actual scam per player by giving that reasoning for banning them.

Btw, a crazy thing is this: A professional (and seemingly rare honest) sports bettor shilled them on his instagram page, so I thought hed done his due dilligence. Messaged him about this and he said that over 350 of his clients NONE OF THEM ever reported any issue, I'm the first & only one. Honestly don't even think he's lying but I don't know what to make of it.
Who's that? likely a paid influencer.

I actually did my research but there wasn't much to go with since they're a new casino. In fact Ive seen the reviews on trustpilot, especially the flood from around april 30th and even asked the guy on insta, who I've rated highly so far (and I'm not a gullible beginner atp), what that's about, if the casino is even trustworthy. He told me something along the lines of they're a syndicate that cheated, honest players got nothing to worry about. I've already reached out to the guy but he doesn't seem keen to help me, again, apparently of over 350 clients nobody ever had an issue, but me. I don't want to put him on the spot for now but will probably reach out again, highlighting the interest for me AND him both to get this solved.

That's something tricky, is that a verified number about the 350 clients? Because it could be that it's not only that faces the same problem and they're only hiding it if it's in a controlled group of people then it's hard to think that out of these many clients or users, it's only you. I think these people are the same when they're trying to attract new users, they're keen on telling you how good it is. But after sales or the registration or your deposit, they don't mind it anymore because they've already got their job done when they have you on board. I understand that you're not new to this but some things like this really happens and it passes us.

Based on the screenshot of what the platform outlined, it's obvious that the objectives of the platform is to defraud their clients, how can someone be restricted and same time the account is frozen..The worst is that, there's no atoms of solution to resolve the issues from the platform, that makes me to come in conclusion that the platform is made up of scam and chances of op getting his balance via the statements from the platform, is 70/30..

Nope, you did not do any research as there are a lot of complaints on Trustpilot regarding the exact same issue.

One user posted on Trustpilot on April 30, 2026, stating that they won money but were logged out and had their password changed. Another user posted the exact same complaint that very day. Changing user passwords seems to be a recurring scam method they have been employing for months.

Go through the 1 star ratings. https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/primetimesportsbook.us?stars=1

There are several legit books; why would anyone take a risk on these scam ones? If it weren't for your complaint, the majority here wouldn't know, as we do not like to be test dummies for random scammers.

Sorry to be that straight forward but the money is gone, time to move on. I can always repeat the same thing over and over again, do your due diligence. Check first which site you want to use. Like 1 minute of research on google and most likely you would have never lost money to these scammers since there are several warning s out there already.

The casino doesn’t have a license but they still require identity verification is suspicious to me. Under the Governing Law section of their terms and conditions it doesn’t even say what country they are based out of. It is probably not a legitimate casino, just a scam website pretending to be one. One of the reviews on TrustPilot confirms they were incentivizing users for reviews. https://uk.trustpilot.com/reviews/69ccecacf016e551a745ead5
The person who recommended this site was probably paid to promote them.

Did they ever explain what the "sharp action" on their terms actually means? Because if it just means being a good bettor, then that's just BS, especially when they basically confiscated your balance by suddenly changing your account's password.

May even file a formal complaint with lcb, just because
If you move forward with this, would you mind sharing the link to your complaint on lcb.org here?

An influencer is the last person you are going to believe 100%. It's because the more people he influences to use the platform, the more he will get in commissions, so he is obviously never going to make unbiased reviews. Those people can also be easily bribed to advertise scam sportsbooks, so I am not even surprised.

He definitely lied to you.

Ive asked them what even needs to be reviewed since being a good sports bettor isn't illegal, but they regurgitated the same bullshit from the original notification. And I'll say it again, I've bet big market selections, not one bet was placed on backyard slop type markets, but I cant even pull out my history since I'm unable to login. All I did was beat the closing line a lot more often than not.

and of course, I'll share the link when Im opening an lcb complaint
