About two years ago (17/06/2026), I sent PPChange - $865 to exchange for USDT. They received the money, but did not send the USDT, and the $865 has still not been returned.

In fact, my $865 remained with the website owner Yuriy - he was tempted by the large amount and stole it.

I think the topic is belong on Scam and Accusation boards. Is the site has been posted here by anyone? 

Theres a lot of reported site with scam sites and complaining here wouldnt anyone help you unless theres a contact person from here. The only we can do is make an awareness of the potential scam like the one you sent.

I've never heard of this service either. Since you claims a lot of things, I second the suggestion to move this to another board with proper format and proofs under your accusations. Granted if the service isn't active here at all, maybe there'll be no impact for your case. Have you tried posting this on social media? Just blur any personal information if you wanted to post the receipts.

This case of yours is very complicated. The exchange you mentioned isn't listed on the website:

So it will be difficult to try to recover your money, and even Trustpilot doesn't have any reviews about this exchange. All I saw on Google is that it's a Ukrainian exchange. But I highly doubt it's a licensed exchange in Ukraine. How did you find this exchange when I didn't see any well-known website listing it on Google? My advice: next time, research the exchange before creating an account and before depositing money. Also, if you live in Ukraine, report this case to the Ukrainian police, since you already have a lot of information about it.

Have you contacted them? And if you did, what did they say?

I tried searching for it on Google, and there is barely any information about them. And the same as Slow death, all I saw, at least according to their AI(which was using ppchange.com.ua as their source), is that thay are an Ukranian exchange site, and that they do not have a license(though I'm not certain how accurate it is since its AI). 

We have Ukranian members here in the forum, perhaps they can give some of their thoughts, maybe some of them have used the service before.

ItÂs good you shared with the community about that scammer. But it would be better if you did some research before using an exchange.

You may choose to exchange from the monitor sites that have a good reputation. From the forum also, you may follow; you may find real reviews here on the forum. Sorry for your loss, but shouldn't you risk such amounts with such an unbranded exchange? Be careful for the next time and spend more time at the forum.

Probably you mean two months ago according to your date. I am curious; how have you found that exchange? They seem not to be popular on the forum; I just heard about them from you. [/quote]Seeing that the only way to receive USDT is through one of those PayPal options, it makes me believe you might be able to get it back if you contact PayPal [AFAIK, even if you went with the "friends and family" route that doesn't have any protection, there's still some chance (indirectly) based on how it was funded (e.g., a linked bank account)].

I always recommend relying on well-known and trusted platforms and DYOR before using any exchange. ItÂs better to use platforms that are listed on well-known review and monitoring sites, so you can check the feedback from other customers who have used them.

For me, PPChange seems unfamiliar, especially since I had never heard of it before and couldnÂt find enough reviews about it. 

So itÂs good that everything worked out fine this time.
