Not in that way exactly. The user should be able to ask for a refund from the website support. If the dispute remain unsolved, he could ask the escrow to judge.

If I start a swap on Lizex.io and deposit coins, will the escrow refund me the coins if they freeze my order and ask for KYC? In case I don't want to go through KYC, I just want my coins back.

You didn't say anything new that would clarify. Here's a simple one, since you obviously know.

I noticed a problem with the service: when the USDT trading pair is selected (USDT(blockchain)----> USDT(another blockchain)) the trade shows a value of zero.

If it's against the policy rules of rating sites like antiswap, then it should't be acceptable to pay users any amount of money whatever timy that might be. The platform should lunch a review campaign to get honest feedbacks directly from community but not to design a rating page in a rating platform. The review campaign here in the forum should be quite enough to reach the intended results. Posting in rating platforms should be voluntarily.

If it's against the policy rules of rating sites like antiswap, then it should't be acceptable to pay users any amount of money whatever timy that might be. This exchange is a scammer. They stole my 10 ETH on SimpleX. We had multiple transactions on SimpleX, but they have now deleted all the messages. However, deleted messages can still be viewed on SimpleX.
