You are correct but, unfortunately, gamblers (users in general) do not read or do not like to read. It’s unfortunate, but it is a fact and that is why you see many of them complaining about being cheated although it is clearly their own fault for not reading the rules and hence not abiding by them.
Regarding this promotion, the rules are clear and it only takes a minute or even less to read them. The requirements are acceptable and easy to fulfill, so I doubt anyone would complain about them.

You are absolutely correct dude! It is the duty of users to check for terms that is guiding every body using the casino so they don't have to come back to lament about their funds or profits being frozen or rejected by the casino. Until am a victim then i might not want to write against the laxity of players not knowing about the rules of a game before participating, it's important we acquaint ourself with the guiding rules except you as a player has money to throw around easily then you wouldn't bother checking the rules. You are not wrong on this, there are lots of cases that at the latter end everything later turn out to be the fault of the gambler who is claiming to be victimized and this is due to the fact they in one way or the other tried to cheat the casino and didn't end up getting away with it, there are some who act of laziness and probably supposed taught of smartness as you have said but unfortunately for them every thing didn't go as planned but still there are still some genuine cases too where the casino is at fault.

If it's important, the total bet amount was twice the total deposit amount. Then, after nine days of betting, I requested a payout. It hasn't been processed for a week now. In the chat, they're telling me that they're not paying out my money because they're waiting for a certain provider to verify my account. They refuse to give me any verification timeframe. I don't know who this provider is and why I have to wait for an unknown amount of time. This kind of behavior from a casino or bookmaker is new to me.
