And about verification, well sometimes offices arrange verification for months, for example, they ask for different documents, may ask for these documents to be notarized. and may ask for such documents at some time during the months.

They may also ask for different photos. To reject the quality of the photo, even if it is of good quality.
Casinos have their Terms of service to request users do advanced KYC for big win, suspicious withdrawal request or after detecting activities that are intolerable by their casino rules.

Quality of photo for KYC is important but it's not all. You must make photos which fulfill requirement from the casino so must provide exactly what they want. In addition, documents must be from yourself, not faked or stolen documents from someone else.

Legit casinos will do approve KYC documents for their users if their Compliance team or a third party KYC service provider conclude that documents are legit and valid.

My reply was also dedicated for sports betting, you know right if you're not allowed to do arbitrage betting or part of a group who bet on many small leagues where there's a chance the match was scripted etc.

I see, I don't have any such experience, but there's a chance they might ask it in the future because there's nothing wrong isn't? if you're submit KYC using your identity why need to worry because you know where you put your documents.

It's happen in most of licensed casino.

You have asked the same questions in different casinos ANN thread, which is one kind of spam. You should have created a topic with those questions in order to get some proper answers to your enquiry. Rollbit.com is Curacao licensed casino. Generally, the verification process is same in every Curacao licensed casino.

Identity document verification doesn't take a long time if the submitted documents are genuine. But they may ask you for video verification if they find anything suspicious. Rollbit or any other sportsbook won't cancel your bet if you obey the betting rules. Don't access the betting site if you are from a restricted country, avoid using VPN. Make a post in this thread if you have more questions about the KYC verification process: Information of Crypto Casinos License and KYC requirements

My experience with Rollbit is great until now, so it's definitely safe to deposit and gamble in this casino. Any casino can cancel or void your bet, depends on case by case. If you're breach their terms of service, they have a right to do that.

What did you mean about can verify for a month or more and ask for different documents?

My general impression for Rollbit they're trusted enough and they're not really strict.
They will verify your identity for the withdrawal process not for a month specifically because they have your submitted documents but yes if you are playing on Rollbit you can trust them in most things like deposit, withdrawal and promotions for the players and I also have smooth experience gambling over here.

I don't see how him creating a thread and asking these questions would be anything better than asking these questions directly at the source, which in this case would be asking directly in the casinos' ann, if he had created a thread then he would be asking questions for people who are obviously not casino owners and therefore can't give 100$ adequate answer, but when he asks a question in the ann thread of the casino he is asking the OP that is he is asking directly to the representative of the casino, I answered him in the thread of the other casino but I i forgot to tell him to send PM to casinos reps and in PM he can ask all these questions

@victorwinn I take the opportunity to tell you that you have to PM the casino representatives if you want to know more things and you also have to contact the casino support if you want to know more things, you have many questions that are important to ask directly to the OP or the casino support, only casino support will be able to better clarify your doubts about KYC. when you want to know about the service that the casino has given to customers then the best option will be to create a thread and ask people about it

I am not a frequent user of Rollbit casino, but my experience has been really good for the few times I've played here..

You talk about trusting Rollbit on most things like deposit, withdrawal and promotions, it makes me wonder if there are some parts or features of Rollbit that shouldn't be trusted?

And speaking on kyc, it's a mandatory process for every user, as long as the casino is operating under a license, and for whether verification expires after a certain period of time, I've never heard of such.

Every casino has their own rules, it is important to know the casino well before you join. Document clarity is important for doing KYC, it is common. So you have to follow all the requirements to complete the kyc process, because you cannot go beyond their rules. A casino looks good until someone runs into a problem. So before joining any casino it is important to read T&C of that casino well to avoid any problem.

Aside scam and others, kyc have become another major issue of interest and concern on the internet, and kyc matters is not peculiar to gambling casinos alone, it's just the same even in the outside the internet.
And you gave a really good advice, one of the major reasons some gamblers encounter problems with casinos, most especially in the area of kyc, is lack of some vital information about that casino, and such information is usually contained in the terms and conditions of the casino, but the fact remains that majority dont read it, some only read when they are already into one problem with the casino and they are pointed to the terms and conditions of the casino..

So I will also advice us all the learn to read, reading is a very crucial part of the internet, else, one would make lots and lots of mistakes.

I would share my personal experience about the verification process if the user asked about it by creating a thread. But it will look bad if I tell the story in Rollbit ANN thread by mentioning other casinos name. FYI, I don't like the KYC verification process. Still, I had to complete the verification in two well known betting sites. My verification was completed in both sites within a few hours. Sending messages to the betting site representative is the better option than what he is doing now.

@victorwinn, You can check this thread to know how a (possible) abuser is facing difficulties to complete the verification process in Rollbit.com.

What is often a problem now is that many gamblers, especially those who are still beginners, forget the rules or regulations made by the casino, so they often get into trouble due to a lack of knowledge and understanding of all the existing rules.
Even though it is clear that casinos have Tos and FAQs to inform rules and conditions for gamblers who will join the casino.

Things like this should be a concern for most gamblers, especially about the KYC verification rules, which in my opinion are not liked by many gamblers.
It is better to be a wise gambler and obey the rules of the casino so as not to get into trouble in the future.

He can't send PM to casino representative because this forum in default will not allow you to receive PM by newbie, so the casino representative need to allow it. It's better for him to create a new thread ask everyone experience on the casino he want to gamble rather than spamming in all casinos thread.

Don't worry, it's not the casino fault. The gambler has two choices too, he either verify his account to get his money or he not verify his account and let their money stuck in the casino.

But most of newbies are not reading TOS since they think that its more convenient for them if they just shortcut things and directly play on the casino. They didn't realize that its really bad action done because they will not aware the risk on many things especially the rules posted by casino which they can possibly violate. Its really good to be a wise gambler but to come on this situation most of the people should experience bad things before they take those situations seriously.

Even not newbies doesn't read but I think I know that they filter out what they want to know on the TOS. These days it's really a necessity to be wise at all times, even new casinos will try to trick you that they are super legit then just changes TOS or other things without notifying the users of their site.

It's not that they don't want to read the terms and conditions, but they are too lazy because they see how much they have to read. I really understand this, because I also feel the same way when faced with a situation where I have to read the terms and conditions. But the difference is they can't fight their laziness and prefer to follow the package. In the end they are the losers because of their own laziness. This comes back to each of us, if we don't want to get stuck with problems, the first thing to do is read the terms and conditions first.

Casinos always get a bit more advantage because gamblers don't read the T&C and can make various excuses for gamblers. Not only gamblers, people create accounts without reading and agreeing to TOS before creating different accounts online. As a result, they become busy looking for the fault of that website if they suffer any problem later. So while finding a trusted casino, it is also important to be aware of the rules of that casino.
