That's how smart investors do since imagine if the hype subside with NFT and you will be left out holding some expensinve piece then provably you will end up nothing if you decide not to sell it early. And in my own opinion NFT is only good to hold for 1 or maybe 2 weeks since for this we can see the price pump and we can flip up on another NFT again.
I would say flipping NFT's is good until you are making profits but you can't say for how long this will go on and team announcement could affect the floor so for me something valuable is if it has some purpose to serve which will derive it's value which is why i prefer utility over profits as want to engage myself with that part.So the project that provides a base and utility will grow in future while all other are going to be zero.
When there's some utility then this is something different compared into those typical NFT's that we've seen in the market which you could really give out some
words that do really believe that this is some sort of hype which it isnt really worth for your money on holding for too long but the case is different with
rollbots on which you could see that they do really have that use which investors do really interest them the most.
Indeed its different because Rollbot NFTs has a utility on Rollbit's ecosystem and being a holder of Rollbot has an advantage even you're not a gambler. So as long as Rollbit is existing the future of Rollbot NFTs wont be the same to other NFTs who didnt succeed.

Anyway Happy 2nd Birthday to Rollbit.
If you do try to look at on which some casinos are already considering on running off their NFT kind like of motive on which Rollbit had started which do simply shows out on how successful
they are on this area or trend on which they had made out those rollbots for some real utility not only for the benefit on the platform itself but also into possible
profits that they could make when those rollbots does really have some actual value.

Yes, and not just for the benefits of the site but also those holders who came earlier and invest with rollbots they are the priorities of gaining a decent amount of money, win-win for both and for sure those who are also playing while investing the feature that they can use rollbot as collateral, for responsible gambler they can use it and continue enjoying the game.

The concept was great and with those who duplicating this kind of offer only means or proves the success and someone wants to gain from it as well.

Rollbit is first of it's kind to bring up the NFT feature to gambling casino and now other casinos are also following the trend and they can easily get it with the sale as when you offer on casino benefits to the existing and other players they will be willing to spend money on it and gain more profits with it.

I agree as I too don’t recollect seeing NFTs being used in any other casino before, and if other casinos follow this trend then it’ll be great for the user’s as we’ll get to diversify our portfolio of NFTs. Lastly Rollbit bots worked well because of the utility and the hype that Rollbit had created, hence any other casino launching similar NFTs will have to work hard on creating a buzz first, and convince user’s about it’s utility otherwise user’s won’t invest their money in it.

The whole thing stands or falls, in my opinion, on what the other casinos do towards utility of their NFTs. Do the NFTs give a concrete advantage over "pure HODL"? If so, then they will sell as well. If not, it's going to be difficult either way, especially now that the hype towards NFTs seems to be greatly diminishing.

Actually you are missing the part of diminishing NFT's which is the case with those who were over hyped and have nothing to offer to the holders and now they are selling it off at whatever prices they can and flipping them is no more profitable and holding them is useless. The market dilution has come where only projects that serve the benefits and utility will survive in long run.But still there are many useless projects getting sold don't know how people are ready to pay for them.

You would really be having that question on mind on why there are people who do really consider on buying on something which doesnt have actual utility? For the sake of collection or something?

This is why you should really be wise on making out decisions since we are talking about money or investment on here.If you are that rich then you could do all sorts of things that you do like
according into your own preference and pleasure but for  those who are just having those standard financial condition then being wise is always recommended.

I think 90 % of all people that buy something that has no utility just want to make money out of it. They will see it as a quick rich scheme and a lot of people will loose money if they just buy a random NFT and try to sell them with some profit. I don't know anything about this so I won't invest in it.

Actually it's 100%, I don't see any NFT's utility to be honest... it just like a digital form of collectibles. No one will want to buy someone NFT is there's no unique, story, rare or created by famous person since it most high likely become worthless. I won't call buy NFT is part of investment, I'd say it's much similar like gambling. No one can predict how much it will be worth.

All those who were already in the ICO Bubble in 2017 know the answer: it's all about increasing your money. That is, the hope that someone will buy the coins (ICO) or the NFTs from you at a higher price than you paid yourself. Utility had the fewest ICO coins or also have NFTs now only very rarely. Rollbots are certainly a very positive exception here.

There is nothing bad or reprehensible about that, that is also the goal of every investment, that you increase your money.

Actually the market is delivering daily so many projects and people invest in them for hope of having short term gains but only few of them works out and rest fails to deliver what they have promised and prices drops. But yes many have good profits through them but no long term use case for these.

Its about taking risk and its up to investors on where to invest their hard-earned money. However because of greed some of us are blindly investing to an obvious scam for thinking they can be a big gainer not knowing the utility is important. NFTs really get a lot of attention and some casinos are also considering it to add on their platform. Rollbit succeed on this one not only meant for gamblers but also to those investors who wants to take advantage the NFT hype.

If other casinos start doing this, then we would all know that rollbit is the one that started it all. Secondly, there will be more competitive utility as well, like literally be part owner of the casino (dividends) type of deal, all connected to the bankroll of the casino, overseeing how much it makes and how much it should pay out to owners. That is just one thing, there could be many other things and in the end we will all be the winners here. Casinos may decide not to do that way, but just give smaller utility. This is the way NFT should have moved anyway, not just a picture or anything like that, but as a whole thing where you can earn something from it, not just images.

Exactly, it always depends on the risk appetite of an investor. I don't know how others do their research on what they invested but one thing is for sure that we can't see an obvious scam in plain sight. NFTs are still has the biggest risks among crypto investment afaik, you may take that NFT but to get back your investment, you need another person/s to have the fond over it, unlike coin/token assets where it was listed on exchanges you can take it back that fast as long as there's liquidity.

The 2017 ICO market crash was similar to the current market hype as daily many ICO's were coming out and offering bounties and other benefits for promotion and once they raised enough funds they were rug pull and scam and afterwards the whole market falls.People have to sell their coins at minimal prices and same thing will happen with these zero utility NFT projects also and some are turning out to be scam also.Only few promising will survive the heap like rollbit will operate it's casino business and hence NFT will work fine for the players.
