I entered the correct mail id and password (which was saved in browser). I have successfully sent message to their mail support too but their live support said, they didn't receive my message.

And thanks for the response @Rollbit Razer. Indeed, the live support gives reply quickly but they were unable to sort out the issue. After that, I created new account with another mail id. So there is nothing to do now. But the easiest password recovery system should be implemented shortly at login page.

So, in your case the mistake was from your side. You didn't notice what to enter in the login page! But I have really gone through this situation. Also I expect the same result as they have been handled by the same manager so expect that they will help them get a good marketing result, but the one needed here is money since if they can prolong and expand things for sure everything will follow after that.
