I agree with you, but we both know that it's not always the case. That's why it's so important to familiarize yourself with the rules, especially if you intend to gamble while travelling abroad. Saying "I didn't know" won't help. It's just like when you break the law, you are still going to pay for your mistakes if you get caught. Law enforcement or a court won't give you a break because you didn't know. This is what logic says. The user should be aware about the status of his country in some juridictions before deciding to use any service especially if it is money involved. However I think that the automatic geo-blocking is much more efficient for both parts the service and the user.
If I find my country isn't on the restricted regions list, I can use the service. But I have to check that list everytime I travel to a new country if I want to keep using that service. We saw many similar cases where the user fond himself breaking a restriction rule stipulated in the TOS unintentionally then lost his account with all its assets. An honest casino has to integrate an automatic geo-blocking tool if he really cares about their customers.
I agree with you, but it depends on their terms. Why do we actually love crypto gambling sites? Because it should be accessible from anywhere in the world without restrictions. But unfortunately, due to regulations, most gambling sites are now asking for KYC, and there are also jurisdictional restrictions. So you have to read their terms about VPNs if they allow it or not.For me is naturally good and adviced not to use vpn to access casinos no matter what, total avoidance is the key to the safety of your bets and deposits because anything can happen along the line and once that line I crossed you jabe any issues with the account, it becomes almost impossible to resolve such an issue and to get your account back since you are playing using VPN and from a restricted region.
QuoteYou must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
On bolded text they say about jurisdiction matter. So if the provider ban his jurisdiction I think using VPN is been discourage to use, since maybe he will get compromised if it happens he won and the provider found out that he is on their banned jurisdiction.
It will be much better if Rizzy implement automatic geo-blocking so anyone from country where gambling is illegal wont be able to access Rizzy.
I'll use myself as an example since I'm from a country where gambling is illegal but I can still access Rizzy easily without VPN.
Although there is written terms already but most people wont read all the terms or miss this specific term which will be later can be a problem for the player.
Of course gamblers are responsible for themselves but I think casino should also provide a better prevention.

If they allow VPNs, then it shouldn't be an issue, but for me, I also discourage using VPNs. Because we see such allegations of gambling platforms blocking accounts for using VPNs, although they allow it. For traveling abroad, users should get pre-approval from the gambling sites, so it isn't necessary to use a VPN.

I am aware about this because I have to. But I can say that it's not entirely my mistake as it can happen unintentionally. And while I have to take responsability of something that might be out of my control just to respect a TOS, casinos don't really care about this specific detail while it can simply integrate that automatic geo-blocking tool. It is not a big issue and can easily be integrated. Furthermore, let's confess that this can determine the integrity of the service because if they ignore the matter, I doubt they use it as a reason to take users' money under a legitimate umbrella (TOS). It might be somehow an unpopular opinions but this is really jow I see it.
Additionally, we can confirm using VPN will allow you to play Pragmatic (depending on the location you choose)
That's right, I also avoid that because it will eventually become a problem that cannot be resolved by both parties, because this regional restriction does not have a direct impact but it can happen anytime and anywhere you play, it is much better to look for a gambling site that accepts all regions rather than playing on a gambling site that has restrictions. For me is naturally good and adviced not to use vpn to access casinos no matter what, total avoidance is the key to the safety of your bets and deposits because anything can happen along the line and once that line I crossed you jabe any issues with the account, it becomes almost impossible to resolve such an issue and to get your account back since you are playing using VPN and from a restricted region.I agree and totally discourage the use of VPN to access a casino once you are in a geo restricted region. On bolded text they say about jurisdiction matter. While the VPN may be a temporary fix, the consequence is that when the player gets caught which they always do, they lose their winnings if any.
It is completely not worth it.
It is good to stick to the terms and services, it is a binding contract.
ToS can be updated and changed, restrictions can be added or removed, and restrictions can be widely on the casino or locally only with a specific game provider. Users of a casino must check ToS, pay attention on Restricted areas, as well as any updates from the casino about it. It's very important if they store a sort of considerable fund in their accounts.
I am the type of players donÂt want VPN while trying to play any game or use casino, I can use one location now and letter decide to chose another one, and inconsistency will affect my activity in the platform and verbally not all casino and betting platforms accept players from every region for security purposes, that is why we always want the casino to accept our region by default before we can use them properly to avoid going against any of their policies. If they just address those matter on first place and write that its fine to use VPN, for sure that people will easily understand and know what to do with those matters. This is really the reason why I don't like to use VPN since maybe this might be used against us.
Good confirmation, but this means it is not all locations that is allowed even with VPN?Additionally, we can confirm using VPN will allow you to play Pragmatic (depending on the location you choose)
Won't this be an issue with the game provider?Additionally, we can confirm using VPN will allow you to play Pragmatic (depending on the location you choose)
Your funds / winnings are held by us, so the game provider has no means of confiscating winnings, so I can assure you it will be safe.

ThereÂs an issue the past that game provider itself is the one that suggested to withhold the profit by a player since the player broke the game provider ToS.
I think itÂs the same scenario but the good thing about this situation is you are claiming the full responsibility if ever game provider notice the bypass on their restrictions set with their games.

Actually many casinos suggest their player the same thing (to use VPN) to bypass restriction by the providers. In this case, the casino should be the one who responsible for such a case so there should be no reason for the casino to withheld winning by players who use VPN to bypass the restriction by providers. If the casino allow it then there is an issue because of this bypass but the casino is stating the opposite, we can say that the casino is making a trap.

Thanks for this feedback. We have changed two games in the Free Spins, and later on we'll get some more options out.
