Well that supposed to be the main reason why lots of people go to crypto casinos, but government interfere and people lose lots of privilege when heavy regulations done. As result we are now dealing with KYC and those geo restrictions. But since casinos complied and almost all of them does not allow to use VPN well I think its better to follow it because if we choose not to follow and use those tools maybe they might get an issue when trying to withdraw large funds from their or even on other casinos.

I also avoid using VPN even if I'm not in restricted region, I don't want to deal with any issues because as you said its risky to try knowing that casino might give an impression that we are doing suspicious activities on our accounts.

I am aware about this because I have to. But I can say that it's not entirely my mistake as it can happen unintentionally. And while I have to take responsability of something that might be out of my control just to respect a TOS, casinos don't really care about this specific detail while it can simply integrate that automatic geo-blocking tool. It is not a big issue and can easily be integrated. Furthermore, let's confess that this can determine the integrity of the service because if they ignore the matter, I doubt they use it as a reason to take users' money under a legitimate umbrella (TOS). It might be somehow an unpopular opinions but this is really jow I see it.

We could really see that those issues happen to some users unintentionally and we could see that its not actually players fault if they made a mistake, because sometimes TOS of casinos is actually confusing.

If they just address those matter on first place and write that its fine to use VPN, for sure that people will easily understand and know what to do with those matters. This is really the reason why I don't like to use VPN since maybe this might be used against us.

ThereÂs an issue the past that game provider itself is the one that suggested to withhold the profit by a player since the player broke the game provider ToS. 

I think itÂs the same scenario but the good thing about this situation is you are claiming the full responsibility if ever game provider notice the bypass on their restrictions set with their games.

Actually many casinos suggest their player the same thing (to use VPN) to bypass restriction by the providers. In this case, the casino should be the one who responsible for such a case so there should be no reason for the casino to withheld winning by players who use VPN to bypass the restriction by providers. If the casino allow it then there is an issue because of this bypass but the casino is stating the opposite, we can say that the casino is making a trap.

And since they made that confirmation and already drop a statement regarding that they are the one would release the funds of the winners, then that indicates that its really fine to use VPN on their casino.

So with those things they already said this is already good confirmation that there's nothing to get afraid for using that tool in their platform.

It's better to have more options. We all come from different regions & countries, so many times we have different restrictions regarding available providers.
