This is amazing actually I've visited the platform of and I had some recommendations about how I feel it's should be but fortunately when I read through the thread before writing my post I realized most of my concerns has already being brought up my other users and some had already been attendned to. That was a green flag to me as I see the Rizzy.com company representative here as selfless people who are working tirelessly to see that the all user requested and demand is met. This is a good one I must say, and if the platform continues this way there will grow beyond expectations.

Their presence helps them a lot to gain those positive response and great reputation from people start to follow their casino. Because nowadays they have lots of competition here and normal for people to doubt on trusting new casinos.

With Rizzy, if you only want to explore the casino, you can use a disposable phone number for your account registration if you don't plan to fund your account with big money. It will become risky and not recommended if you intend to use the account with money especially big fund, as later you might get problems with your account recovery or withdrawal or any other things like security issues.

We hear the community on this and we respect your privacy concerns. The field is currently mandatory to proceed through signup, but you can enter a placeholder number. All OTPs, promos, and account communications go through email so a real phone number isn't functionally required for anything on the platform. As for removing the field entirely, we've taken note of the collective feedback here and will update the community once a decision has been made. We're not dismissing it.

Since this casino uses KYC, it makes sense that a phone number is required from the start of registration.
