Though, I would like to point out the design of your VIP ranks/medals are rather lacklustre when compared to the graphic design of the rest of the ANN, that is something you definitely need to check out in order to keep a good consistency in the future.
Also, since you mention there is such juicy one hundred percent deposit bonus, perhaps you should also tell us what the minimum wagering requirement is before us being able to withdraw whenever we would have left?

I've checked their promotion page specific to this promo https://rizzy.com/promotions/welcome-bonus , and it doesn't say any specific wagering requirement. It only says Standard bonus terms and wagering requirements apply.
And checking their ToS (https://rizzy.com/terms-and-conditions there is no mention of it, either (cmiiw). I guess only the Rizzy team can clarify this.

Nah. I am not willing to test it.
In my opinion, casinos (specially new ones like this one) are supposed to be as transparent as possible with their potential gamblers and costumers, so there won't be any friction during the whole gambling experience.
They are supposed to mention both regular wagering requirement on their terms of service and also they are supposed to have a separate page for special wagering requirements for each one of their running bonuses and promotions.
We are not supposed to guess or deposit bonuses in order to know information which is supposed to be given to us from the very beginning. If anything, being this secretive about their minimum wagering could lead gamblers to assume those requirements to withdraw are not competitive when compared to the rest of the gambling market out there...
I hope they understand they need to be transparent and allow us to know this information from now on.

With Rizzy, it's mandatory because registration requires both email address and a phone number but generally for privacy of users, I agree with suggestion to remove this mandatory information.

Strange if they do not disclose the wagering requirement of the bonus, it is like a trap if the wager requirement is disclosed once a player activate the bonus. It is fine if there is a way to cancel the bonus once player know the wagering requirement after activating the bonus but it will be much better if the wager requirement is disclosed so players know about it in advance just like in most other casinos. I try deposit some bucks to activated the bonus and when I contacted support, they told me that the free spins are usually sent only to selected players via email. What disappointed me is that once the bonus was activated, I couldn't cancel it anymore and my balance got mixed with the bonus balance . According to support, if the bonus expires the entire balance could expire too since it's all treated as one balance now. So it's better to not play with bonus I guess and now I wait if it's true if my balance will be gone if the bonus expired, hope they will bring that feature soon so players able to cancel their bonus if they want to.
It wasn't a very good first impression or experience for me and it will definitely be my last time playing here unless they change the system.

Their bonus ToS and their general ToS doesnÂt indicate the wagering requirements which should be disclosed already there if their intention is to be transparent.
I doubt thereÂs a miscommunication here or else the support will just redirect user to check on the bonus TOS for the details. I ask the support again and she gave the same response.

Here's the issue, not showing the wager requirements before depositing is more like you paying for what you have no idea what it looks like. This is worse because you might end up making payment and see that the wagering requirements are too high which would discourage you from pushing any further to get it. They either reduce it or they put it in a way that the wagering should be in consonants with the deposit so that one can still be able to partake in the bonus.

Most of the casinos have high wager requirement on their bonuses and I didn't get surprised seeing this implemented on their casino.
But who knows maybe they might try to do some changes, especially if many people will suggest to lower down their wager requirements. Somehow many people like to see that happening, since their bonuses will be appealing if people feels that there's a chance for them to win something from them. Maybe 20x requirements is fine, although this is high but I think tolerable for lots of gamblers here.
