So, I can't even check my betting history. This is the first time I've seen something like this...

I'd like to know why I was awarded a bonus after I'd already wagered amount and won a certain amount.
So far, everything seems very strange and seems designed to prevent the player from withdrawing his winnings.

What is the need of declining a withdrawal from bonus that has been used to make profit when the casino knows that they are not happy for players to use the no deposit bonus to make profit.
This is very bad for a casino that is looking for more users on their platform to be behaving like this. Its a terrible site they will keep emailing to complete kyc, even for players who already completed it or who are not even playing there!
Yet to see someone from here make a successful withdraw from the supposed 'free 30$' on signup. Only big claims and nothing else.
Well, I've wagered again. It's a bad situation, not having my initial withdrawal. But I managed to clear the wager again. And if there are no problems with the withdrawal, I'll likely continue playing on this site. I'm very lucky at this casino; I haven't seen such winnings in a long time.

Well, for now, I'll write a preliminary review:
Registration on this site is very simple and convenient. Verification is very quick (I was expecting a long wait, but it only took a few minutes).
You get a no-deposit bonus for verification. Since I mostly play slots, I'm focusing on them. There are quite a few providers and a wide variety of slots, but most importantly, the RTP on the slots is not low (many other sites often intentionally lower the RTP on many slots these days).
I managed to clear the no-deposit bonus. I played a lot and had some very good winnings. I was just saddened by the realization that it was a no-deposit bonus and the maximum winnings would be limited. My balance is $150, I'll try to withdraw it and see how much I can ultimately get from the no-deposit bonus. Because the rules state that you can withdraw from $50 to $200 from the no-deposit bonus.
I want to make sure the casino is reliable. I hope the withdrawal will be processed soon. The slots have very good returns right now, so I want to make a deposit as soon as possible after the withdrawal and try my luck, since with a deposit I won't be limited to a maximum withdrawal (as I was with the no deposit bonus).
They clearly explained in the bonus terms why a withdrawal from bonus winnings may be declined. Their terms state that they may decline a withdrawal if they find that the user abused the bonus or tried to cheat their system. That's totally reasonable and most casinos do the same thing and have similar terms. What is the need of declining a withdrawal from bonus that has been used to make profit when the casino knows that they are not happy for players to use the no deposit bonus to make profit.

Thank you for sharing your experience and please keep us updated on the status of your withdrawal. Congratulations on your winning!...

"You have to donate more than what you have gotten"! What kind of nonsense is this? ItÂs basically the same as saying you are not allowed to win and we are here just to take your money.
Besides, if the support agent doesnÂt have access to your account history, then the least he can do is to his superior or the relevant department (fraud team in this case) to get a proper answer.
If your case doesnÂt get resolved soon, then I encourage you to open a scam accusation thread.
So these are the responses from the relevant department. They told me they'd contact them and provide answers, and these are their responses.
Please tell me in which section I should open a scam accusation thread?
Hey peleasd! Can you enable messages from newbies real quick? I canÂt DM you right now 😅run away from this bookie guys. it's almost impossible to pass kyc here. i have residence permit in the NL but they reject my documents.
