Unfortunately, I'm afraid this type of activity is against the forum rules. (This is to prevent spam.)

After reading your post, I check their site with their Terms & conditions, and General FAQs to find information about bug bounty. There is no information about it publicly posted on their website. They possibly did not prepare for any bug bounty and if they pay to you or any people who report security issues to their company, it's their flexible decision case by case.I reported a medium severity security bug on launch day through live support and was given 100 free spins. I let it slide because the site was new. A few days later I found another serious bug and reported it, but this time I was given free dice rolls with a 40x wagering requirement. I've reported bugs to many casinos before and I've never had a valid security report rewarded like this.

You can feel unhappy about that, complain about it here but let's wait for their answer to your complaint.

I agree with you that they need to reply to you, and with delay, they gave you a reply after your post. Their reply was similar to what you wrote and what I guessed too.Tbh, I'm not trying to complain or drag their reputation down. I'm just saying that if you don't pay bug bounties, then just say it. It saves both my and other hunters time. The 40x wagering requirement was honestly more annoying than just being told, "Sorry, we don't have a bug bounty program."
I know about importance of security on any platform, product and you're right with Coldcard example, but bug bounty reward program does not exist and it has never been announced by this casino team. So they are free to pay you, don't pay you while it does not affect their business reputation.QuoteAt the end of the day it's their site, so it's up to them how they want to handle responsible disclosure. I just don't get why some casinos think they can rely on a couple of devs forever when even companies with dedicated security teams get hacked. Look at Coldcard no one is immune. It just feels like a lot of sites treat bug hunters like trash until something actually gets exploited.
This is a simple issue and it should not escalated to a bigger problem. You did a good job of reporting the bugs. You help them for them and they also tried on their part of at least given you free spin and dice bonus to have time in the casino and see the 40X wagering requirement from them as a bonus and they set wagering requirement for bonus so they did it to you too as bonus but what would have been bad there was if you completed your requirement and have a good win with the free bonus get be to you and they refuse you to withdraw then it would have been very of them but I didn't see you complain on that so things are still under control.Snipped
dog house megaways (pragmatic)Hey folks, random question - What's the one slot you keep coming back to always? Not the one that paid you the most. The one you just can't quit for some reason. (Curious what our players actually love most, hehee). Drop yours below 👇

and
pirate bonanza (hacksaw)
These are the two games I've been returning to constantly for the past 1.5 years.
Previously, they were different slots, but time passes and tastes change
Solid choices, my guy.
Dog House Megaways is one of those games that just doesn't get old somehow  1.5 years is a long time to stay loyal to any slot. And Pirate Bonanza from Hacksaw is a different vibe completely, nice combo.
What made you switch from your old favorites to these two  was it the mechanics or just vibes?
So far, I've had a negative experience playing at this site.
When registering, I selected a $10 free bet for completing verification. I verified, received the free bet, placed a bet, and won $29.67. This money wasn't my bonus balance. I continued playing slots, as the minimum withdrawal from this casino is $50. I ended up with $90 and decided to request a withdrawal. They asked for another verification. I verified my account again, submitted a withdrawal request, and after a while, I decided to check back to see why the withdrawal hadn't been processed yet. Imagine my surprise when I saw that my withdrawal had been cancelled, and they'd simply added a $90 bonus to my account with a 20x wagering requirement.
I have all the screenshots proving my words.
The first thing I want to say is that their betting history is not configured correctly; it only shows the last 5 bets and that's it.So far, I've had a negative experience playing at this site.

Have you checked the bonus terms and conditions carefully? It's possible that this $10 bonus has a x20 wagering requirement. Additionally, it usually states that winnings from the bonus money play are included in the bonus money, which would explain that the entire amount must now be wagered x20.
It would be best if you uploaded screenshots here:
And in your post, simply paste the links and describe them.
This will give everyone a clearer picture of the whole situation.

If we assume the wager was x20 on the $10 free bet, then it's not surprising that I cleared the bonus and it converted into my real balance. However, due to the limited betting history in their interface, I can't show this.
Here is evidence that the money was in the real balance:
After another verification and an attempt to withdraw money, this is now the case:
Even if the bonus was awarded not on the $10 free bet, but on the winnings, the x20 wager should still have been awarded on my winnings of $29.67, but not on the $90 real balance.
