It is weird if you have KYC Approved but they still ask you to do KYC again. Is it a glitch in their system? I assume that your approved KYC is an exception for bitcointalk users but their system is still looking at your account as unverified account? Repeated KYC is not something new as I have experienced before in other casino but this one seems to be different.

I asked support and told them about being bitcointalk user, they asked me for screenshot of profile after which they waived kyc off my acount

That means his KYC was rejected on this site, based on the T&C on your site users from NL (Netherlands) are restricted, it is written on the T&C page point 4 (4.1.3)
No need for special attention for him because he was also rejected at other Sportsbooks, you can check his posts history in another thread.
