Scam Reports Duckdice.io Active 24 views View on BitcoinTalk
What happened:

I started using DuckDice.io for sports betting, depositing USDT. I had a good winning streak early on. As is common with these offshore sites, their first reaction was to limit my bets so I couldn't play properly.

When I requested my first withdrawal of my winnings (approx. €850), they suddenly canceled it under the excuse that I needed to pass KYC verification. I sent my documents, they were reviewed, and my account was fully approved and verified without any issues.

Once KYC was cleared, I requested the withdrawal again. That was the exact moment they blocked my account, citing a "violation of Terms and Conditions". They emailed me saying they would return only my initial deposit. Lie: they haven't returned my deposit either. They kept everything.

I have sent 5 emails asking exactly which specific clause I violated or asking for my bet logs so I could defend myself. They have completely ignored my last two emails.

Crucial details:

I never used any bonuses.I never engaged in arbitrage. All bets were placed manually.
Regarding Casino Guru mediation:
I filed a complaint on Casino Guru. The casino responded by claiming that my gameplay was exclusively on sports betting. Based on that claim, Casino Guru closed the complaint because they do not handle sports betting disputes (only casino games).
The casino NEVER provided any evidence of a terms violation to Casino Guru or to me. They simply used the "sports betting" argument to dodge Casino Guru's jurisdiction and avoid mediation. They have still not proven what rule I supposedly broke.

DuckDice's public response on Trustpilot (key evidence): https://es.trustpilot.com/reviews/6a4e8f863c29bbb402666fba

In their response, they admit: "it's informed by our sports book provider, and we act on their advice in these matters. It is not always revealed to us the exact causes of the flags in order to protect their detection methods."

This is a crucial admission: DuckDice itself admits they do NOT even know the exact reason for the ban. They blindly follow a 3rd party provider without verifying anything, yet they still block accounts and confiscate funds without providing any evidence to the user.

Additional Notes:
I was playing without any active bonus at the time of the withdrawal.
I successfully completed the full KYC process (ID + selfie validated).
The casino refuses to provide any specific evidence of which term I violated.
Crucial: My Casino Guru complaint was NOT closed because the casino proved a violation. It was closed solely because the casino argued that my activity was sports betting, which falls outside Casino Guru's scope. They used this as a tactic to escape an independent mediator while still withholding my funds without justification.
Trustpilot review and DuckDice's own admission:
I left a detailed review on Trustpilot. DuckDice responded publicly asking for my username so they could "investigate." I provided it immediately.
After that, they never contacted me again. This shows they only respond publicly to appear proactive, but once they get the info, they ignore the user.
More importantly, in that same public response, DuckDice admits that the ban is based on reports from their sportsbook provider, and that they themselves are not always told the exact causes. This means:DuckDice blocks accounts and confiscates funds based on unverified third-party claims. They cannot provide proof to the user because they don't even have it themselves. They are effectively holding my money hostage based on an accusation they cannot verify, which is completely unacceptable and against any fair business practice.

This is not an isolated case. Multiple users on Bitcointalk have reported the exact same pattern: play normally, win, get bet limits, pass KYC, then get blocked with a vague "terms violation" excuse and zero evidence. DuckDice's own response confirms they operate on blind accusations from a third party.

Yeah, casino.guru doesn't really take cases that have something to do with sports betting. You can try posting a complaint on contesthunters.com, @holydarkness(a forum member) might be able to get in contact with someone from Duckdice.

Yeah, it's not uncommon for an odds provider to flag an account and ask them to suspend the account, but it'll be ridiculous if the casino doesn't know the reasoning why the odds provider flagged the account and asked for it to be blocked.

bobstone who happened to be part of the representatives here, used to respond to such accusations, but he has not been active for a few weeks now.

OP I suggest you try sending him a PM to look into this issue. If you have any challenges sending him a PM, please let us know.

You could also try your luck with Askgamblers.

Yea, I can try to get to the bottom of the matter if OP filed his complaint to CH. We do handle sportsbetting-related issues.

I'll try to nudge my contact on DuckDice, since I've got OP's username in hand. But if OP choose to escalate to AskGamblers, OP, libreolimpic_BTC, by all means, please inform us as we --at least me, and I am trying to get the forum to be on the same page-- frowned upon "ADR-hopping", jumping from one ADR to another because the verdict on previous ADR was not satisfactory to you, until you found one that fits you.

One ADR for one case. That's all. The verdict by whichever ADR that is, is binding to both parties.

If you haven't yet, try posting this on casinohunters.com, as I mentioned before. The guy above your post might be able to help you get in contact with someone on Duckdice, and he did clear it up that they do handle sports betting related cases.

edit: I checked if you have posted on casinohunters.com(since I wasn't sure if you did when I suggested it to you before), and you still haven't posted there.

I recall that DuckDice had accusations since years ago, and their reputation has changed with time, some times in the past it was bad before they resolved cases and improved their reputation.

You can check two following threads to see that.
[LIST] Scam Accusation Cases Against Betting Platform on The Forum. It was locked.
(LIST) Scam Accusation Cases Against Betting Platform on The Forum (v.2.26.7.1). It is an active thread.

You can post your case in a second thread above, and @holydarkness can help you to follow up the case if he has time.

Sorry, got a response from my contact not long after I nudged them. It was just close to my bed time and by morning, I forgot to update the thread.

OP was caught cheating sportsbet and there were high confidence that it was not the first violation [their words that I paraphrases] which I think means sportsbetting abuse and multi-account.

Hey, thanks for checking with your contact. I appreciate you taking the time.

Let me be absolutely clear: I never cheated in any way, and I never had multiple accounts. That is 100% false.

If DuckDice actually had proof of cheating or multi-accounting, they would have used it when I filed my complaint on Casino Guru. They didn't. Instead, they told Casino Guru it was "only sports betting" so the case would get closed (since Guru doesn't handle sports disputes). They never mentioned cheating, multi-accounts, or any violation at all.

That's not an accident. That's a strategy to avoid mediation without providing evidence.

And on top of that, they promised by email to return my initial deposit. They didn't. They can't even keep that promise.

I'll be posting this on ContestHunters next. Let's see if they finally show some actual proof there, or if they keep hiding.
