Good thing that you shared your concern here. I'm pretty sure there would be someone here that will notify rollbit's management to fix your issue. Maybe staffs could also see it directly and try to work on it. For the mean time, try to contact them again on their site's support and wait for their response. Pretty rare to see such transactions stuck for a week.My withdrawal got stuck its been about 7 days is that normal?
LTC withdrawal
Have you asked live support? As long as I know, all their withdrawal are instant no matter what coins you use to withdraw. I experienced once when my withdrawal status is "contact support". I did contact support, and they did it fast. There must be a reason why your withdrawal stuck for a week, support will tell you what is the reason.
i contacted them they say that they approved my withdrawal but is still "pending" and the only thing they say is "Unfortunately, there is still no response coming from the provider. We will make sure to update you as soon as possible"

I really admire how they're embracing the bitcoin movement in order to attract a large number of people to their platforms. NFT is the current meta and it's really hot right now, especially NFT games, so when Rollbit has NFT worth $5,500, it'll be a game-changer for them. Knowing Rollbit, they'll undoubtedly try whatever to improve their marketing plan, and because they spend so much money on NFTs, NFT collectors' attention will be drawn to Rollbit. Nice!I was happy to see launch of NFT by the rollbit and they are engaging the gamblers in latest trend setup and that's what make them more popular and better place to gamble then other casinos in the market. They are into the touch of users and developing things according to the market demand and as we know NFT's are the latest trends now.Me too, this is my first time seeing one. But it is not surprising at all, knowing Rollbit which, I believe are doing greatly on knowing what features are good to add to their casino to gather new users to play on their platform. NFT is a trend, it's a good idea to go with it.It's the first time I've seen NFT implemented into gambling like what Rollbit did and indeed developers are following the trend so this will add to the attraction to enter Rollbit and we know NFT is now much in demand among people who want to collect it of course in rollbit will be very different.
Maybe in the future Rollbit will also continue to provide new features according to the current trend, this is indeed a fast development from other gambling platforms so I am sure that gambling on Rollbit will not be boring for many people.
It could be that sports betting can also compete on rollbit.
Yeah, whenever a casino has a bit of a problem with the withdrawals, that becomes a huge problem. There is one other place right now that has a huge problem with the hot wallets and they are living a big problem of people leaving as well. It was one of the most known and one of the oldest places ever, have been doing signature campaign for so long, and yet because they lack the hot wallet amount, they are losing tons of customers, all that hard work is going to waste. Which is why I honestly believe that we should not be considering this as a "no problem" for here neither, if they keep it up then they are going to live a big problem. Then you usually don't have to worry either, processing just takes longer here - for whatever reason - and should arrive at your door soon. As I understand it, Rollbit is now also taking care of this directly and is in contact with the service provider?i contacted them they say that they approved my withdrawal but is still "pending" and the only thing they say is "Unfortunately, there is still no response coming from the provider. So I would ask again in a few days at the earliest, Rollbit certainly has more options here to exert more pressure so that the transaction is processed.
This is generally always the case where "money" is involved, people are impatient and any delay, no matter how small, causes great displeasure.Yeah, whenever a casino has a bit of a problem with the withdrawals, that becomes a huge problem. I agree but it is not fair that when I make a deposit to play it takes 10 to 30 minutes and when I want to withdraw my money I have to wait days maybe even weeks. This is generally always the case where "money" is involved, people are impatient and any delay, no matter how small, causes great displeasure.Yeah, whenever a casino has a bit of a problem with the withdrawals, that becomes a huge problem. Larger casinos usually do not manage the withdrawals themselves but rely on a "provider" that automates and/or handles them for them. If the provider stands still, the withdrawals at the casino also stand still. However, the end customer does not notice anything from the provider and is usually angry at the casino if his withdrawal takes longer ...
^ But at least you are aware of the processing time of withdrawal, you can withdraw ahead of time that you want money in advance.I agree but it is not fair that when I make a deposit to play it takes 10 to 30 minutes and when I want to withdraw my money I have to wait days maybe even weeks.
This is of course very annoying and should not happen, I agree. But I am sure that Rollbit is doing everything in their power to speed up the withdrawals. For them, of course, this is also very unpleasant, because especially customers who feel badly treated, talk about it. Also, with heavily delayed withdrawals, a scam accusation is very quickly in the room, which of course every casino wants to avoid at all costs.I agree but it is not fair that when I make a deposit to play it takes 10 to 30 minutes and when I want to withdraw my money I have to wait days maybe even weeks.

It could be annoying to wait for withdrawal like days but you should know that it doesn't happen most of the time and according to the Rollbit they have already processed the payment so they will be looking manually into the matter and will resolve it soon so give them some time and you will see your funds into your account.I agree but it is not fair that when I make a deposit to play it takes 10 to 30 minutes and when I want to withdraw my money I have to wait days maybe even weeks. This is generally always the case where "money" is involved, people are impatient and any delay, no matter how small, causes great displeasure.Yeah, whenever a casino has a bit of a problem with the withdrawals, that becomes a huge problem. They will be in talks and ensure that withdrawal is processed fast and the player receive his funds as they don't want to have bad customer feedback and sometimes it usually happens and there is no need to get annoyed and wait for sometime and you will get them soon mate. This is of course very annoying and should not happen, I agree. Incidents like that will certainly happen to every casino but only a small part and after that will fix the shortcomings, and I'm sure Rollbit always fixes and also responds to what is lacking and complaints from its customers. Maybe share some screenshot, you're contacting with the support and what they're responding right now.-snip-
Deposit is made on your side and casinos will credit it to your account after 1 confirmation. Fast or slow, it depends on mempool and fee you use for that transaction.I agree but it is not fair that when I make a deposit to play it takes 10 to 30 minutes and when I want to withdraw my money I have to wait days maybe even weeks.
QuoteAre crypto deposits and withdrawals instant?
Crypto withdrawals are sent out instantly. In rare cases, a withdrawal can be held for review but our team completes these reviews very quickly.
For crypto deposits, we require a certain number of confirmations.
Bitcoin (BTC): 1 confirmation
Ethereum (ETH): 12 confirmations
Litecoin (LTC): 6 confirmations
Small deposits are generally credited much faster than above estimates.
So far, some users have had success withdrawing a thousand Dollars without the problem. maybe you are a new user who has to be investigated more deeply by the provider, it is just my opinion. I've followed this thread (80 pages) and Rollbit Twitter, so far is clean, only heard a case today. So not to worry, if you are real and clean, your money will be received into your wallet. (or stuck on blockchain and just wait for the response)I agree but it is not fair that when I make a deposit to play it takes 10 to 30 minutes and when I want to withdraw my money I have to wait days maybe even weeks.
