Have you asked live support? As long as I know, all their withdrawal are instant no matter what coins you use to withdraw. I experienced once when my withdrawal status is "contact support". Maybe staffs could also see it directly and try to work on it. For the mean time, try to contact them again on their site's support and wait for their response. Pretty rare to see such transactions stuck for a week.

Maybe staffs could also see it directly and try to work on it. For the mean time, try to contact them again on their site's support and wait for their response. Which is why I honestly believe that we should not be considering this as a "no problem" for here neither, if they keep it up then they are going to live a big problem.

I can understand the need for Rollbit to make manual payments, but are you sure your IP address is not getting flagged and hence the long delay in your case?. Also did you speak with support because it seems to me that your account is getting flagged, and they have to manually review it, so I would suggest you speak with the support and IÂm sure that theyÂll provide you some acceptable solution.

I can understand the need for Rollbit to make manual payments, but are you sure your IP address is not getting flagged and hence the long delay in your case?. Also did you speak with support because it seems to me that your account is getting flagged, and they have to manually review it, so I would suggest you speak with the support and IÂm sure that theyÂll provide you some acceptable solution.

I believe only you or few user who got some this case, because so far I know all withdraw process automatically. I once withdraw more than 5 LTC, and always send instantly until now there is no problem at all with rollbit.

[/quote]Deposit is made on your side and casinos will credit it to your account after 1 confirmation. Fast or slow, it depends on mempool and fee you use for that transaction.

Withdrawal will depend on casino. They have to check your withdrawal request and other things. If they see you break rules, do money laundering, cheat, your withdrawal will be suspended before their investigation completes.

[/quote]So far, some users have had success withdrawing a thousand Dollars without the problem. maybe you are a new user who has to be investigated more deeply by the provider, it is just my opinion. I've followed this thread (80 pages) and Rollbit Twitter, so far is clean, only heard a case today. So not to worry, if you are real and clean, your money will be received into your wallet. (or stuck on blockchain and just wait for the response)
