Anyway try to contact them through discord if you havent, they might not reply to you but atleast there is a whole lot of community in there so more people should be aware of your case which might probably makes Razer provide some replies to your issue

We must keep balance in our thinking. It is more easily for a gambler to file accusation against a casino with their screenshots of proof.
It is harder for a casino to show screenshots of proof because as a business they have agreement and responsibility to protect user privacy including personal information. However, they can show some proofs that don't break their Non-disclosure agreement but still enough to confirm a scam accusation from a gambler is invalid (lie).
If they are cheaters and got detected, limited, restricted on a casino, they will try to be victims in their scam accusations with hope that they will be awarded something from a casino.QuoteObviously it is the sly scammers since they are the ones inflicting damages and losses to the victims. whether the victim has neglegence on their part it is still not right to exploit and scam others just to gain profit.
The problems with these types of casinos is that their terms are ambiguous with clauses that state 'We have the right to suspend any account at any time for any reason'. This makes it justified whenever they shut an account down since it is in their TOS.
Even Rollbit have this in their Sportsbook policy... 3.13. Sportsbook platform reserves the right to suspend a client account without prior notice.
This just happened to me, where they suspend my account when I was winning and still haven't given me a reason why. I didn't lose and blame the casino, I had 10.2k USD in there and they disable my account.

OP hasn't been active since March 31st of this year but I have to say that it's a little strange that they closed your account, from what I could understand from the thread you created in the scam accusation section they probably (I can only guess because not even they don't want to talk because they closed your account ) they closed your account because you were placing bets with very low odds because with that you would be able to hit many games, something that in my opinion if they ever say that this was the reason for closing your account then it is something very absurd
everyone knows very well that in games of chance, betting on games with odds of @1.10 does not give you a 100% guarantee of victory and even if someone hits twice or 5 times, it would be enough for them to lose in just one game to be at a loss, and everyone we know that if a casino has 1000 customers playing, probably 50 customers can make some profit that day but those 50 customers will lose everything they won in the following days, so the casino always wins, I don't see any reason why they are blocking a customer because he is winning when bets with odds of @1.10, I don't like it and I avoid making bets with odds of less than @1.60 because they are not profitable in the long term. I hope they explain to you why they closed your account
I know a lot of other sites have minimum odds to receive rakeback and it limits users from earning that automatically within their system. Should be very easy to implement. Shouldn't rollbit have this built in already if they didn't want people to receive rakeback for these bets? Seems that would be the easiest solution. On top of that, give rakeback only after the bets have finished to delay it being sent out.
Example is Bitsler, they have 1.4 min odds for rakeback and send the rakeback out after bets are completed.
Not sure why the player is at fault here when the site should be able to circumvent any problems with rakeback betting with minimum odds for it.

So as long as you can provide 100% guaranteed proof of scam, then the casinos can't do much about it. Every gambler needs to provide 100% sure thing proof, that way there is no need for casinos to provide any proof, it will be done.

Discord is confusing for me with the servers and not sure where to even post. My goal is not to make a fuss and cause a huge problem just to get banned there. I honestly just want feedback from Rollbit on what terms I broke and why they ignore my emails to support (Which I'm very polite about). The other goal is to warn others that this can happen to them and in the other thread (scam accusations) people have started to see their negligence in the matter and remove funds from the site.
I know it's always a dangerous game we play using online casinos and crypto and therefore understand the risks. Well, that is natural for casinos to show the big wins to the public in order to attract more gamblers to the casino.
Have you seen any business that shows that if you invest or use their services you will bear losses? If businesses start showing this, people will never buy or use their services. So why do we expect casinos to show losses and damage their reputation?

Well if you are not trying to make a scene then perhaps the only way is to ask them nicely again and probably ask them to return your funds with the promise of leaving the site forever? Pretty sure they would let you do that and its much better than having them seize your account. Probably they dont really allow sportsbettor to bet like and somehow make money from the rakeback though
