It's your information answer for users but I would like to know more, and I think it's better if you provide more details to guide users too.Great question and happy to explain how VIP Transfer works on our end. If you're coming from another casino and want your VIP status recognized at Rizzy, simply reach out to our customer support and provide a screenshot or screen recording of your current VIP status from your previous casino. From there, the team will review everything and get the process moving.
Such as how to reach out to Rizzy customer support?
At bottom of your site, I see two things: Contact us, Help & Support.
If I click on Contact us, there will be a box, with which I can see "Send us a message". I guess it is a customer support channel to reach out to your team but you can confirm it and if there are other ways, please tell.
The UI of Rizzy is quite good, and the platform has launched with similar features like the popular crypto casinos. But I didn't like the mandatory requirement to enter the phone number during registration. It looks like the KYC verification is also mandatory at Rizzy. Has anyone made a withdrawal from this platform? It is always giving a popup message to verify the identity whenever I'm going to the account page.

Thank you for a detailed response. You will find it difficult to attract a lot of users with this mandatory KYC verification requirement. There are many old, reputable, and well-established casinos that still allow users to play and withdraw up to a few thousand dollars without requiring KYC verification. I doubt users will switch here by leaving those casinos. I was thinking to play here, but lost my interest to try the platform for the mandatory KYC verification. On KYC being mandatory: Yes, KYC verification is required at Rizzy. ~
Some earlier posts already said KYC is required here, and this was also confirmed by a Rizzy rep in the forum. After checking Rizzy's ToS, it clearly says they can ask for KYC at any time and can stop or refuse a withdrawal until identity is confirmed. So the earlier guess about KYC being linked to withdrawals was correct, not just a guess. Still, this could be a reason why some players feel more comfortable at casinos that do not ask for identity verification right away....
I created an account some time ago, made a small deposit without issue while I did not do the KYC yet. Unfortunately I havent made a withdrawal because I lost my small deposit so I do not know if KYC will be something mandatory or not but Rizzy answered about it already that KYC is related to smoothness of the withdrawal. I am not sure what does it mean but maybe if we do not complete KYC before withdrawal, it may take longer process than if we have completed the KYC.
I did not create my account at Rizzy.com but from your answer, it seems users at Rizzy.com can use their accounts without KYC. That means they can create accounts, fund their accounts, and bet, while KYC will be only required when they submit their first withdrawals. On KYC being mandatory: Yes, KYC verification is required at Rizzy. The identity verification popup you're seeing on your account page is standard and applies to all players. It's there to protect your account and ensure withdrawals are processed smoothly. The sooner it's completed the better, as it avoids any delays when you're ready to cash out.
On withdrawals: KYC completion is what unlocks smooth withdrawals, so if you're seeing the verification prompt we'd recommend going through it now rather than waiting until you're at the withdrawal stage. If you run into any issues during the process, our live chat support is available to walk you through it.
If KYC is mandatory, that it is on Rizzy.com, I would like to use a platform that requires it to be completed right away before users can have access to full features on a casino. For example, if you don't complete KYC, you can not access your Deposit page and get deposit addresses for funding your account. You are only allowed to get deposit addresses after finishing KYC, at least with a minimum level required. Some earlier posts already said KYC is required here, and this was also confirmed by a Rizzy rep in the forum. You're wrong too. That is wrong. With the KYC, people will still come and play. And all what they need is the fairness to all users. Let the KYC be fair and easy to pass but whereby the KYC is combersome, that is when the problem will arise. It is better to ask gamblers to do their KYC before depositing so that they will know what to do.
Usually in all sites, if there are terms for KYC, they will surely different KYC levels so there will be nothing like KYC is asked only one time. When you use any platforms with KYC, let's prepare to do different levels of KYC in the future.QuoteIf the KYC is one time request, ot is good but if it is frequently then otis bad. The mandatory KYC verification should not discouraged you because it is only to know if you are the owner of the account and to avoid duplicate accounts.
You are completely wrong. I strongly believe that at least 7 out of 10 forum members (who are genuine gamblers) would avoid Rizzy for the mandatory KYC verification requirement. KYC verification isn't the primary mechanism for a casino to detect the usage of multiple accounts. I don't see any special reason for playing at Rizzy by completing the KYC verification.~snip~
