Great question and happy to explain how VIP Transfer works on our end. If you're coming from another casino and want your VIP status recognized at Rizzy, simply reach out to our customer support and provide a screenshot or screen recording of your current VIP status from your previous casino. From there, the team will review everything and get the process moving.
It's your information answer for users but I would like to know more, and I think it's better if you provide more details to guide users too.

Such as how to reach out to Rizzy customer support?
At bottom of your site, I see two things: Contact us, Help & Support.

If I click on Contact us, there will be a box, with which I can see "Send us a message". I guess it is a customer support channel to reach out to your team but you can confirm it and if there are other ways, please tell.

Happy to break it down further! You may send an application for VIP Transfer via live chat or email at support@rizzy.com.

Here's the full VIP Transfer process step by step:

1. Send a screenshot or proof of your current VIP level from your previous casino
2. Once we're done with verifying, your account gets upgraded to the matching Rizzy VIP tier and your rewards unlock automatically

As for how to reach us, at the bottom of the site you'll see two options: Contact Us and Help & Support.

Clicking Contact Us will show you a "Send us a message" button which takes you directly to our live chat, and that's where you'd want to go to kick off the VIP Transfer process and send your proof.

The Help & Support section has a Search for Help function with concise guides covering common questions including VIP Transfer if you want to read up on it first. (Link to the guide: https://help.rizzy.com/en/articles/12217316-vip-transfer

So the short answer: head to live chat via the Contact Us button, send your proof of VIP status, and the team will take it from there.

The UI of Rizzy is quite good, and the platform has launched with similar features like the popular crypto casinos. But I didn't like the mandatory requirement to enter the phone number during registration. It looks like the KYC verification is also mandatory at Rizzy. Has anyone made a withdrawal from this platform? It is always giving a popup message to verify the identity whenever I'm going to the account page.

Glad the UI is landing well, that's something we put real thought into. Let us address the other points:

On the phone number requirement: As mentioned earlier in the thread, the field is currently mandatory to proceed through registration but you can enter a placeholder number. All OTPs, promos, and account communications are sent via email so a real phone number isn't functionally required for anything. We've heard the community's feedback on this and will share an update on any changes to the registration flow soon.

On KYC being mandatory: Yes, KYC verification is required at Rizzy. The identity verification popup you're seeing on your account page is standard and applies to all players. It's there to protect your account and ensure withdrawals are processed smoothly. The sooner it's completed the better, as it avoids any delays when you're ready to cash out.

On withdrawals: KYC completion is what unlocks smooth withdrawals, so if you're seeing the verification prompt we'd recommend going through it now rather than waiting until you're at the withdrawal stage. If you run into any issues during the process, our live chat support is available to walk you through it.

🎰 Rizzy Originals is officially live!

We've been teasing this for a while and it's finally here. Our first four in-house built games are now available on the platform:

🃏 Baccarat
🃏 Blackjack
🎲 Dice
💣 Mines

These are just the opening lineup, more Rizzy Originals are already in the works and will be dropping soon. If you've been curious about what we've been building on the originals side, now's the time to check it out.

Give them a try at Rizzy.com and let us know what you think right here in the thread, we're reading everything and feedback on the games is always welcome.

I created an account some time ago, made a small deposit without issue while I did not do the KYC yet. Unfortunately I havent made a withdrawal because I lost my small deposit so I do not know if KYC will be something mandatory or not but Rizzy answered about it already that KYC is related to smoothness of the withdrawal. I am not sure what does it mean but maybe if we do not complete KYC before withdrawal, it may take longer process than if we have completed the KYC.

Thank you for a detailed response. You will find it difficult to attract a lot of users with this mandatory KYC verification requirement. There are many old, reputable, and well-established casinos that still allow users to play and withdraw up to a few thousand dollars without requiring KYC verification. I doubt users will switch here by leaving those casinos. I was thinking to play here, but lost my interest to try the platform for the mandatory KYC verification.

Some earlier posts already said KYC is required here, and this was also confirmed by a Rizzy rep in the forum. After checking Rizzy's ToS, it clearly says they can ask for KYC at any time and can stop or refuse a withdrawal until identity is confirmed. So the earlier guess about KYC being linked to withdrawals was correct, not just a guess. Still, this could be a reason why some players feel more comfortable at casinos that do not ask for identity verification right away.

I did not create my account at Rizzy.com but from your answer, it seems users at Rizzy.com can use their accounts without KYC. That means they can create accounts, fund their accounts, and bet, while KYC will be only required when they submit their first withdrawals.

Do I get the KYC term right?

If KYC is mandatory, that it is on Rizzy.com, I would like to use a platform that requires it to be completed right away before users can have access to full features on a casino. For example, if you don't complete KYC, you can not access your Deposit page and get deposit addresses for funding your account. You are only allowed to get deposit addresses after finishing KYC, at least with a minimum level required.

Their representative confirm and there's a detailed information about KYC procedure on their TOS.

So people should not get surprised about that and expect that they would asked this especially if players will request a withdrawal.

I actually like the casino ask KYC upfront. Rather than speculating on when this situation to happen, because there are people might get upset if the casino suddenly asked that requirements when they try to cash out their winnings.

That is wrong. With the KYC, people will still come and play. And all what they need is the fairness to all users. Let the KYC be fair and easy to pass but whereby the KYC is combersome, that is when the problem will arise. It is better to ask gamblers to do their KYC before depositing so that they will know what to do.
You're wrong too.
If a business is not scam, it's easy to do and complete KYC with them. It's with very basic conditions like users have to provide quality photos of identity documents, and if it is a video verification, it needs to be taken with enough lights for example. If things are done properly by users, KYC will be verified easily and quickly.

Quote
If the KYC is one time request, ot is good but if it is frequently then otis bad. The mandatory KYC verification should not discouraged you because it is only to know if you are the owner of the account and to avoid duplicate accounts.
Usually in all sites, if there are terms for KYC, they will surely different KYC levels so there will be nothing like KYC is asked only one time. When you use any platforms with KYC, let's prepare to do different levels of KYC in the future.

~snip~
You are completely wrong. I strongly believe that at least 7 out of 10 forum members (who are genuine gamblers) would avoid Rizzy for the mandatory KYC verification requirement. KYC verification isn't the primary mechanism for a casino to detect the usage of multiple accounts. I don't see any special reason for playing at Rizzy by completing the KYC verification.

If you guys ever wants to make your casino KYC free create an announcement please I would try then. Usually I don't go for olaying those casino that required KYC verification. Since this sector is so much competitve there's dozzen of casino that letting me play without KYC.

So what's the special treatment I'm gonna get by providing my KYC. I should atleast know if it's worth it or not. Also it's hassle for me to complete the kyc verification. It's just adds another extra layer towards my gambling experience which I would like to avoid at any cost.

Wow, I just had a stroke of luck while playing at Rizzy. I guess this is a case of "getting exactly what you wished for". Honestly, I was hoping for some entertainment, plus a little extra (a win) before I signed up at Rizzy, and that is exactly what I got. I started off by playing a slot game I hadn't touched in a long time, that is; "Sweet Bonanza". Before long, I landed a win, all in under 300 spins. I will keep playing until I have fully satisfied the curiosity I felt about the game I had long since abandoned. Of course, I won't go overboard; I just want to have fun, and act responsibly.

How about you, friends ? have you started having some luck today ? I hope you all have the same luck I did, and remember to play responsibly.
