Scam Reports 1st.game Active 93 views View on BitcoinTalk
What happened:: I opened a new account on 1st.game after reading their ANN thread here. I deposited about €1000 and bet it on FIFA Esoccer, twice on an England vs Germany matchup. KEep in mind these are bots playing, not people. I do it because I kno w the result quickly, as halves take 6 minutes each.

I bet on Germany to score in the 1st half, they did. Shortly before the end of the match, I bet on O5.5 goals while the score was 3-2 to England. Luckily, both bets hit. I bet my full deposit on the first bet, then €1000 on the second bet. Both won (obviously otherwise they wouldn't be scamming me)

They are now saying there are irregularities with how the account was used. I'm uploading screenshots of my live chat discussion with their operatives.

These people are not to be trusted with your money. They claim to be partnered or whjatever with OKVIP, which apparentlyu is good? BUT, no one has been able to verify that. Which is shady, and I should have known better than to deposit a large amount here. They're going to refund me my deposit and claim they wouldn't do so if they were trying to scam me. I'm still being scammed out of €4000, so that's a nice bonus that they don't have to pay me that money.

Additional Notes: . They don't see to respond very well, if at all, to complaints in their ANN thread, which really, again, should have been an eye-opener. This casino is a scam and the OKVIP partnership is doubtful at best

edit: another image of a message from them iondicating they can't tell me what the irregularities were. Shocker.

How could you do that, i just read the first page of their ANN thread and the right thing for anybody to do after reading it, is to stay as far away as possible from this casino. A lot of red flags were raised, including lying about their ambassadors, but somehow you still chose to play in this casino, despite all of those signs. This is obviously a scam casino that everybody should steer clear of.
" or "request an appeal according to the procedure" (which is appealing the decision from their Risk Control Team, which requires me giving full KYC. I chose the latter, even though it could take TWO WEEKS. To be continued I guess. Still, this is a warning to others.
If it is an appeal within their system, then it is definitely a waste of time, as their intentions are very obvious. You would prolly have to take the matter to an ADR, though i am not sure if a bookie like this would be open to resolving this case fairly.

Do you actually need to do all this? Bolding the entire character in your post does not make it gain attention or get noticed. You may follow the right format in filing a scam accusation, though, but the entire scenario will still be looked into to know if you are at fault or from the other end.

I will advise you to unbold the entire post.

Ah shoot, sorry. I placed my descriptions in the bold things, I'll unbold it now.

edit: should be better now. They're offering to "either accept a refund of your deposit and close the matter" or "request an appeal according to the procedure" (which is appealing the decision from their Risk Control Team, which requires me giving full KYC. What exactly did they mean when they said, "Our system detected irregularities in the usage of this account" and "the playing pattern of this account is irregular? Are they accusing you of value betting, arbitrage betting or something else? Anyway, from the looks of it, it seems like this will end with a "he said, she said" scenario, maybe you and the casino try to resolve the case through ADR, you can try posting on casinohunters.com since they do handle sports betting related cases.

Again another case of a casini I have NEVER heard about, even google doesn't bring much info. While checking the site it really looks like a generic copy/paste website somehow, classic scam material. And yeah, the url is like a year old, which is also not looking so well.

One thing though I also find a bit sus. Betting a full 1000euro on a random esoccer match with 3.8 odds smells a bit fishy, like maybe the odds didn't get updated. And 5min later another 1k on 2.3 odds.
Just a feeling, not an accusation. So if I was the site I would also take a deeper look into that for sure!

I asked them again, and their Sports Risk Control team sent something through customer support. Here:

I got lucky. That's it. I've been betting on this stuff for almost a year now. It's quick, it's fun, you win some, you lose some. I won this one. https://imgur.com/a/zN1Y1bp

If I were confident about the second bet I would've bet the house on it, not half my bankroll. If they're 'NOTORIOUSLY' vulnerable to feed delays, don't offer them. I'd also like to know how the bots can match-fix. ANYWAY.

This is just utterly frustrating. Never happened to me on any casino. I've been looking around on bitcointalk for a bit and noticed reputations, I'll give them two weeks max to complete their appeal process, which can according to them take two weeks. Worst case scenario I hope I can at least make sure people know never, ever to use them again.

@Coyster, I don't know how to doublew quote posts, sorry, but yes. I should've known better. That is on me.
@AHOYBRAUSE, I do this for fun. Like a quick dopamine hit. The odds on esoccer get updated every few seconds, that's the fun thing about esoccer imo. I bet roughly 1k on 2.3 first, then the almost full profit of the first bet on the second bet. It's all fun and games, which is what casinos should be like anyway.

Hi, we would like to clarify the facts of this case based on the information confirmed by our Operations and Risk Control teams.

The customer was newly registered on August 20 at 10:18 UTC and had no prior betting history. He deposited 0.01474 BTC, approximately €1,000 at the time of deposit, at 08:03 UTC.

He then immediately placed a bet on August 21 at 08:08 UTC, wagering his entire balance on an eSoccer fixture for 1st Half Over 0.5 at odds of 2.3, and won.

At 08:18 UTC, he placed a second €1,000 wager on the same eSoccer fixture, this time on Full Time Over 5.5 at odds of 3.8, and won that bet as well.

The customer then requested a withdrawal at 08:32 UTC, after the match had been resolved at 08:24 UTC.

The issue was not that the customer won. The issue was that the betting activity triggered a risk review. Based on the initial assessment provided by our Risk Control Department, the decision was made to temporarily freeze the withdrawal pending further investigation.

The initial risk assessment classified the activity as a Critical Integrity Violation / Exploitation Event.

The timeline of events—from deposit to wagering and then to an immediate cashout request within 29 minutes—was assessed as presenting a very high likelihood of potential insider knowledge, court-siding (latency exploitation), or match manipulation.

There were several key risk indicators identified during the assessment:

**Registration-to-Withdrawal Velocity:** The player moved from deposit to a full cashout request in just 29 minutes, with approximately €1,000 increasing to approximately €5,100, which did not follow what would normally be considered an organic gameplay lifecycle.

**Aggressive Staking Strategy:** The customer placed a 100% full-balance wager of approximately €1,000 on a low-liquidity live eSoccer market, 1st Half Over 0.5 at odds of 2.3, within five minutes of depositing. This type of activity indicates an unusually high level of confidence and is considered a potential indicator of latency exploitation or predetermined match outcomes.

**Correlated Re-investment:** The customer subsequently reinvested €1,000 into another high-odds market, Full Time Over 5.5 at odds of 3.8, on the exact same fixture. This pattern was considered a potential indicator that the player may have had real-time visibility into the match's scoring progression before the bookmaker's odds adjusted.

**eSoccer Market Vulnerability:** eSoccer streams rely on third-party video feeds that can experience delays of approximately 5–15 seconds relative to the actual console state. Latency arbitrage can exploit this window by placing bets after events have occurred but before the corresponding information is reflected in the sportsbook's feed.

Given the timeline of events and the specific market involved, we believe it was reasonable and necessary for us to follow our established risk-control protocols and procedures.

For comparison, if the same betting activity had occurred on a major market such as the English Premier League, where the integrity and liquidity characteristics are different, the bet would generally have been settled much more quickly.

It is also important to clarify that we have never threatened to confiscate the customer's funds.

Instead, we offered the customer two options: either accept a refund of the original deposit, with neither party admitting fault, or provide the required KYC documentation so that we could conduct a full review against known syndicates and potential exploiters in cooperation with our sportsbook provider.

The customer chose to proceed with the formal review.

At this stage, we are still waiting for full clearance from our sportsbook provider. If the provider confirms that there was no feed-latency issue and no abnormally high volume of bets on the same outcome for the event, the customer's winnings will be paid out by us accordingly.

Therefore, the situation should not be characterized as a case of a customer being denied payment simply because he won. The account was temporarily placed under review because the specific betting activity presented significant integrity and exploitation-related risk indicators, and the investigation is being conducted in accordance with our established procedures.

We respect the customer's right to question the decision and to pursue the formal review process. At the same time, we believe it is important that the circumstances and timeline of the case are understood accurately rather than being presented solely as a refusal to pay a winning customer.

1 things stand out for me:

"a very high likelihood of potential insider knowledge, court-siding (latency exploitation), or match manipulation"

While this obviously could have happened (and I get why you check this for sure), it would be important to know when exactly after the bet was made that one more goal would occur ( the over 5.5 goals bet ). I mean if it's within the mentioned time frame of "5–15 seconds" then I would say ok there might be something. But on the other hand if you are aware of a possible latency, why even taking the risk of offering those games? This really opens the door for free rolling your players since if they win you can blame them to use an exploit and if they lose you won't do anything.

I am very, very pleased to announce I did indeed jump the gun a little. Just over an hour ago I received an email saying the account review had finished and they found no wrongdoing. I want to thank 1st.game (and the sportsbook) for their quick review and I successfully withdrew my winnings a few minutes later, they're now in my account. This case is therefore resolved!
