It is not in or out the announcement thread but any accusation needs to have evidence but of course with sensitive information, the user can hide it. Sometimes the casino can show evidence from their side for counter attack the user accusation but surely sensitive information must be hidden or blurred. Casinos have their responsibility of keeping user privacy and personal data secured and privately.Between now that you agreed to share those evidence to support your claims, make sure you share all the needed evidence since you may likely get your issues resolved from here now that you are in the ANN thread.
I placed a bet on the French Ligue 1 football. After a while, access to the betting section was blocked, the bet has not yet been calculated, I'm afraid that the bookmaker will not give me the money! The betting section is blocked on the account and withdrawal is not available!
This might be a unique case that beats reason and the norms to gambling.
What is obtainable while gambling in situations where your betting session runs out is that, the bet is not placed. Probably because you are gambling on a live bet and the results were in already, a VAR check and some event that could lead to an evaluation or pause of the game.
Other situations could be, having to take bets in the pre-betting session and the game kicks off eventually.
In either od these cases, bets arenÂt placed so, why are you getting blocked out or hoping to withdraw even. Kindly paste what youÂve got for images so users here can assist on what might be wrong.
This might be related to chrome extension where opening rollbit site is done with pc or laptop and using 2FA extension in the same chrome.I really can not understand your post. How 2FA code can be active at an extension?Previously, I have never experienced losing the 2FA code but now I don't save Rollbit's secret 2FA code while the 2FA code is still active at the extension.
You must install that activation code to use and you can backup it somewhere, but on your extension, how? In addition, it is only an activation code and installation is necessary to have 2FA code for log in your account or withdrawal request for example.
If you don't backup your 2FA (activation) code properly, you will have risk of losing it and also troubles with your account in future.

I created a separate topic with my case
I have not received any response from rollbit for half a year. They simply do not want to pay my money.

2FA needs to be installed on a different device than a device you use for log in your account. If you store your account 2FA on a browser extension, and use the same browser for login your account, I really don't know how it is truly your account 2FA.Because for 2FA now we can not only save on the phone through the application but can also be done with extensions in chrome so that it can still be active.
Indeed, the risk here is much greater than in the application on our cellphone but indeed this can still be done
If the user did not answer to Rollbit's request, it is like a case is closed at least from Rollbit side. The user can complain whenever he want but until a time he submits required information to Rollbit, his case won't be reopened and investigated again by Rollbit team.I believe that, with the presumption that it's a false-postive/you don't actually have other accounts, ask them why they're saying that you have more than one account? 🤔
Plus for those users that actually do have more than one account, but have not done anything nefarious in the casino, I believe it won't be a big issue to admit and list those other accounts.
Is there anything known as attack of small amounts? I would love a further explanation on this if you really don't mind, is this like a ddos attack or something? This is the first time i am getting to know about such a thing attack of small amount and it doesn't even sound like it's something that is real.Pretty strange to see a huge site like Rollbit not allowing a 1500$ withdraw, maybe they are under attack from little ammounts and they detect it and you have the bad luck of being from the same place from the where the attacks come from.
But i hope they show all the proof, and if you are innocent you receive your money.

That's why proper cooperation is important and if he didn't answer on Rollbit's request then expect that he won't really get a response in return. I guess he just need to prove that he's not using multiple account and its time for Rollbit to release their proof since for sure they have reason on why this situation happened.
Also for sure that they won't do same action if they know that particular gambler didn't violate their rules since their reputation will get destroyed if they do that.
But still hoping for the best that both parties would settle up and this situation will be solve in future.

I don't understand you. What question from rollbit didn't I answer? They've been asking me for six months to provide other accounts. I've been telling them for six months that I've never used other accounts. I only have one account. I filed a complaint against them at Casino Guru. At first they responded, saying they would send evidence. Then they stopped responding. And the complaint was closed as unresolved. They don't respond here on the forum either. What else should I do?
IÂm tryin to understand this and what IÂve got so far is that,What I mean is that I installed Google Authenticator in the browser (extension) the 2FA code is still there, but the Secret code is not saved because I forgot it first.I really can not understand your post. How 2FA code can be active at an extension?Previously, I have never experienced losing the 2FA code but now I don't save Rollbit's secret 2FA code while the 2FA code is still active at the extension.
Google Authenticator has a QR code and authentication key through which you can accept your authenticator on different devices. And Google Authenticator has an automatic backup in Gmail, so if you can log in to your Gmail on any other device, you will get access to those authentication codes there. So there is no reason to worry too much about Authenticator. And even if you completely lose your authentication, you can reset it from the platform through your KYC document. And that is why you should always use a trusted site for gambling that will give you complete security in all respects.IÂm tryin to understand this and what IÂve got so far is that,What I mean is that I installed Google Authenticator in the browser (extension) the 2FA code is still there, but the Secret code is not saved because I forgot it first.I really can not understand your post. Though you have your Google authenticator patched into your browser for an extension file, itÂs secrete key which is usually used in activation is missing, is that it? If that be the case, I think the secrete key is only necessary during activation on a new device and should the extension still be attached to your browser, you should be good even then, pending transfer to a new device I mean.
6 months? Damn! That is a long time and it basically implies that you are not going to get your money regardless of whether you really have multiple accounts or not. They should have been more transparent with their findings though. They've been asking me for six months to provide other accounts.
